    I signed up at this gym initially for a basic gym membership. I worked with their trainer (*****). I later signed up to have ***** work with me as my personal trainer, but that was interrupted when ***** was terminated from employment less than a month after signing up with her. I asked to terminate the personal trainer contract since my trainer was terminated and I was told I HAD to select another trainer or pay 50% of the 6-month contract. The supervisor over the trainers (****) told me he would have to check with the ** of the gym to see about canceling the contract. I was then told by the ** (*****) that he actually has nothing to do with the training side of the gym and there is nothing he could do. **** also told me when I set up the personal training sessions that I could pay them cash for the service because I told him I did not need it coming out of my bank account and he "put it in the computer". I found out this morning that they have already put in the next payment to come out of my bank account and when I questioned **** about it, he told me it was just a fail-safe in case the payment wasn't made when due. Well, I called him out on lying about it because my payment isn't due until the 1st of the month, and he said their system put it in yesterday (9/26) I told him if it was a fail-safe, it wouldn't already be being set to come out. Therefore, he sat and lied to my face. I already did not like ****** attitude from previous times I had spoken with him. Now, they are telling me I have to work with him as my personal trainer (Because he is the only trainer with my available time), and I do not trust him or like him. Now, I paid for personal training for the entire month of September and am not receiving the service the final week of the month. I now do not trust the people of this business to have my best interest in mind since I have been lied to more than once by **** at this gym.
