Lyers, ******************** stay away from this dealership at all cost, they charge my sister $1000 to fix her *** saying they had to put a new part on the car. ( this is the same dealership she bought the car from brand new ) she took it to them to fix because the check engine light was on, so they told her is will cost $1000. to fix it so she paid them and left the car for a day or two, the call and told her it was fix and come pick it up now here it is 3 or 4 weeks later the same problem so she call them and they told her to bring the car back so drop it off, and they call her 3 or 4 hours later telling her she had to pay another $1000. because this time it was the cooling system ,she told them she wanted to pick up her car and take it to another repair shop to get it fix. in order to pick up her car she had to pay them $200. and some change they said for diagnostics. the other repair shop told her it was a bad thermostat and he fix it for under $200. now this was the problem all the time but yet they have takeing $1200. for something that could have been fix for under $200. I hope that Mr ********************** Jones know that these people is makeing him look really bad. ( there was a white lady telling us when we drove up to bring the car, not to deal with these peoples and that they was lyers and crooks ).

Vehicle came in on 09/14/24 with check engine light illuminated. Scanned vehicle and found code P200A, VCM (Variable Charge Motion Actuator or Intake Manifold). Checked connections and components, determined faulty VCM. We recommended and the customer agreed to replace. Light cleared and no other faults were noted. Vehicle returned on 10/28/24 with check engine light illuminated. Scanned and found code P012800, faulty thermostat. Technician recommended replacing the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor and Thermostat due to fault code. Rechecked prior repair and VCM still working properly. The thermostat was a new code which indicated a different problem. Customer declined further repairs. We did also advise customer to change oil as it was dark and low.

I found a Jeep gladiator on the company website and it looked to be in excellent condition 21 model with only 27K miles. Sales person told me it was in excellent condition but was not at the Tuscaloosa location it was at Georgia location but we could go ahead and do the paperwork. We agreed on a price being in excellent condition, so I go to my bank and get a loan for it. The Jeep arrives and it is in rough condition, T-top fiberglass broken, scratches all over it and pretty much every panel on this thing has a scratch and or dent. They then try to tell me they didn’t know about all this until it got to detail shop, chunks of the roof are missing!! Needless to say they didn’t get the check in my hand from the bank. Total misrepresentation of this vehicle on there part, and they offered no apology or anything for my wasted time.

    To whom it may concern:
I purchased a car at Julio Jones in Tuscaloosa, the car had been in a accident. The lock break sensor coming on and lock the breaks. I ask them to repair it and they said it would be 4 or 5 more weeks before my warranty kicks in. They said you can’t do any about it you have bought it now.
You sale a bad car and it’s not working right and you will not repair it. That’s was dishonest.
They wouldn’t take back so I went and bought another car at another dealership. That was the car plus $ ****** extra. Crazy…. I waiting to see what ****s says?
Julio Jones of Tuscaloosa is not good People. If a car is not in the best condition it can be, don’t sale it.
