      I have been having trouble with my internet for a while. They supposedly have fixed it, but it hasnt worked properly. I pay ****** dollars monthly and cant stream effectively. I dont have service for the Holidays. My family is here and we cant watch the game. This is awful, just poor service. I need help.***** *******

      Really really bad customer service.. The receptionist ******* has a very bad customer service and a really bad attitude She had my husband internet cut off because of an old **** thats in my name wasnt paid. When his billing has absolutely nothing to do with me cause the account is in his name. He was told that because I have an old bill that his service had to be turned off. I was trying to change the service back to my name. Was unable to because ******* attitude was so bad that I just left and told her I would be back when her attitude was better. She was so upset that she had my husband internet turned off first thing Monday morning and told him that because I *************************** had a balance and my address on my I D was the same thats why they terminated the service that was in his name and have been for almost a year..!!!! My husband and I are separated. We do not live at the same address anymore and havent been for two years.????
