Never expected to scan my receipt on my phone application to track a purchase, and NONE of the prices match. Worse, the shelves prices didn't even match the self checkout prices either. Then they want to act like people are trying to shoplift because the self checkout scanner application sucks.

My 70 year old parents ordered mattress from walmart.com with haul away for king mattress. In total 4 people have come from Angie and 2-3 of them brought a small car and didn’t understand what was the work order. One person demanded a disposal fee and threatened to leave the mattresses on the stress after leaving. This is highly unprofessional and waste of time for the service charges we have already paid. I personally called three times to have this scheduled and the customers service and angie keeps getting it wrong. If my parents fall down from the mattress that is on the front porch, who is responsible for it? I will sue angie and walmart for the damages!

I am handicapped and do not drive. Paid for Walmart +. for same day delivery of prescriptions. Have been in constant contact with the pharmacy for 3 days waiting for a driver to pick up and deliver my 3 prescriptions. Customer support is not much help . Lady had difficult accent to understand and I often had her repeat what she said. Walmart plus is a scam to get money but no service.

Just left Walmart in North Salisbury Maryland. Me and my wife and 4 year old were shopping we got a lot of groceries. 170$ worth to be exact. We were checking out at self check out when I noticed a security guard staring at me I didn't even know Walmarts hire security guards to work the front of the store checking receipts. I recalled seeing this security guard passing me and my family while we were shopping. After we get done checking out we have to walk to the other side of the front of the store because we parked on the opposite side of the grocery side. When walking to the other side the security guard proceeded to walk right next to us the whole way to the other side of the front of Walmart. We get to the door and go to hand out recept to the lady checking receipts and the security guard stops me and ask for my receipt so I hand it over. At this point I'm like ok they clearly think me and my family are stealing. The security guard checks my receipt and says what's that down there I say what and they say at the bottom of my cart. I said the ginger ale? The security guard says yes I said did we not scan it? She said I don't see it hands it to the lady checking receipts and says do you see the ginger ale? She says no so at this point we have 20 people waiting to get through to have their receipts checked all staring at us. SUPER EMBARRASSING. So now that I leave I think out she fallowed us around Walmart at least that's what it felt like then came and acted like we were stealing on purpose. I had 50 or more items on my receipt 170$ worth of groceries and missed one thing and me and my family were made to looking like thieves. ******** **** **** *** ******** ***** *** ****** ** ** *** ** ****** ******* ** *** ****** *** ** *********** **** ***** ** ** **** ******* ***** *** **** ***** **** **** ******* ** ***** **** ** ** ****** **** ***** ** **** ****** * ** ** **** ******* **** *******

I recently had a frustrating experience at the Walmart customer service desk that I feel compelled to share. During my visit, I encountered Alyssa (not certain if this is the correct spelling of her name), the team leader on duty, who exhibited behavior that was both rude and unprofessional.
I approached the desk to make a return, and after explaining that this was my second attempt, I was taken aback by Alyssa's dismissive response. Instead of assisting me, she insisted that I would need to wait an hour for her to handle the return, despite another associate being available to help. When I asked for assistance, she outright refused and continued to argue with me, which only escalated my frustration. She states that she needed to take her break, and that the 2nd associate behind the desk needed to leave. At this time, it was between 6:20pm and 6:30 pm.
What was particularly disheartening was that during the time she spent arguing with me, she could have easily processed my return. Instead, she chose to walk away, leaving me feeling disregarded and frustrated. To make matters worse, there was no manager available in the store to address my concerns, and I was informed that Alyssa was the only team leader present at the time.
I have since contacted the Walmart customer experience line and am awaiting a callback from a manager to discuss my experience further. Unfortunately, Alyssa's behavior does not reflect the customer service standards one would expect from someone in a leadership position. I sincerely hope that this feedback will lead to improvements in training and customer service protocols at this location.
I hope future customers have a better experience.

My Walmart online account was leaked for their weak security. And someone or insider hacked into my account and removed my phone number for 2 factor authentication. I immediately logged in using otp to my email and changed my password and added my phone number again. However, when I tried to enable 2 factor authentication again, it kept failing with some server errors with same error for multiple tries different times. Then I called Walmart customer service with a case created and emailed both support and security team too. However, several weeks have passed, I have gotten no response by email or phone. And my phone is reminding me of the Walmart account leaking again today.
I would strongly suggest nobody use Walmart online service per such weak security and bad customer service till they fix the issues.
I wonder whether anyone from Walmart is actually processing customers requests since the support email returned back as inbox full.

I’m disabled and I started using Walmart’s home delivery service. They would deliver my orders with many missing items. Numerous times I had to report missing items for refunds. Eventually, they closed my Online account stating that it was “Due to the number of refunds” it wasn’t fair, or right . This was not my fault that delivery drivers would either give my items to someone else, keep my items or wal-Mart would not include the items in the order. I reached out to Wal-Mart numerous times and received no help. They simply closed my online account and stated that I can still go shopping in store and not online. I feel discriminated. Due to my disability, I cannot drive and go shopping to the store. I’m disabled and that was the purpose of my membership. Wal-Mart has me very disgusted. You blamed an innocent customer for your mistakes.

Made an almost $900 pick up order just for them to cancel it and hold my funds hostage for 10 BUSINESS days during their terrible refund process. Now my family has no food and their joke of a customer service gave me $10 off my next order as if that will feed my family for 2 weeks.

I made an online order for my groceries like I do once a week. I received someone else’s order. Nothing I would even eat at all contacted them they said take as a donation, you will receive your refund in 24/48 hours. Got a email saying my order was delivered correctly will not receive a refund. Nobody will help I’ve tried everything. The person that got my order definitely didn’t complain they got a good order compared to the order they made.
