I recently became injured and am homebound...needed some items critically before a doctors appointment, so I ordered from Walmart Delivery from the closest location. I received a text that the drive was nearby and I could track him. I could see him in the area, but not on my street. Within minutes I received a notification of delivery with a photo of my package at a front door THAT IS NOT MINE. I tried the option of calling the driver that was offered, but he would not answer the phone. I called Customer Support....all they could do is issue me a refund and told me to reorder my items. They gave me a credit to order with 3 hour delivery time. Which I did, this time checking the signature required upon delivery box. I then received a text advising the critical items needed were now no longer available and they would ship for free (but arrive days later than needed). The driver shows up at my door with the rest of the items (Hector). Cannot speak English, cannot read English, cannot understand English. HE CANNOT READ STREET SIGNS...so WHY is he out there driving and delivering?? No wonder there are so many wrong-way drivers lately...they cannot read signs! Walmart states they "outsource" this service, which is fine, but delivery drivers must be required to read/speak/understand English! They're just dropping packages off an any doorway because they cannot read the signs, nor do they care.

Walmart plus is a scam! They always leave items out of your order and still charge you for them! It’s disgusting !

I was double charged for a grocery order the original charge was 42.31. Which I was charged on January 26th. They have now charged me a second time on January 31st and refused to refund me. I asked to speak with a manager and they refused to help.

Urgent Concern Regarding Walmart Delivery Experience
      Dear Walmart Executives,
I am writing to express my frustration with a recent Walmart+ grocery delivery experience.
I placed an order on Wednesday, January 29th, scheduled for delivery on Friday, January 31st. At 7:45 PM, I received a notification that my order was en route. Tracking showed the driver arrived around 8:15 PM, but I soon received a call from them. Unfortunately, the driver did not speak English, and I do not speak Spanish, creating a major communication barrier.
I repeatedly directed them to follow the detailed delivery instructions in the app, but they kept saying they didn’t understand. After several minutes of confusion, they informed me they were returning the order to the store.
At 8:30 PM, I contacted Walmart customer service, who assured me the order would still arrive by 10:00 PM. However, about 30 minutes later, a store associate called, and I again explained the issue. They suggested the driver could have texted me, but no such option was offered. Ultimately, I was told the order likely wouldn’t be delivered, forcing me to cancel it, despite urgently needing several items.
As a Walmart+ member, I expect reliable service. If drivers cannot communicate at even a basic level, it leads to failed deliveries and unnecessary frustration. Customers rely on timely and efficient service, and communication barriers should not be an obstacle.
I urge Walmart to address this issue to ensure better service for all customers. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.
      Sincerely,
      DrWms

My husband came home with the online pick up order after an hour of driving to our nearest Walmart and it was the wrong order so we were told to bring back the order and they’ll give us our order , my husband went an hour out of his way again and returned to the Walmart not sure why he didn’t check the bags because when he returned home it again it was again not our correct order.I called the Walmart and spoke with a shopper in the online pickup department, she told me oh yeah, your stuff is still here so are you coming back to get it? Um no we don’t have another hour to waste driving back a 3rd time. I requested to speak with a supervisor. Jose told me that he would reimburse the transaction and basically said what happened is not acceptable and the money will be returned in 3 days. It’s been 6 days so I called the 800 Walmart# and they advised me that I will need to wait 10 days while it’s being reviewed. I will never go to Walmart unless it’s my last option. And do not get Walmart+ it’s so not worth it!!

I purchased a vanity for my child, it came from a third-party seller apparently. The box came busted, pieces were cracked, dented and chipped. Box was over 100 pounds. Opened the rest of the item because let's face it it was all over my porch due to a busted box. and the main piece was cracked down the middle it pretty much broke in half. I call on Monday and was told this had to be escalated because since its a third party seller Walmart could not refund me. They said check in 48 hours if the company does not reach out then walmart would refund me my money. Tried today, and they told me no. they wanted me to return busted items, with no box...and offered me %10 refund on my proudct...it was a slap in my face. Walmart refused to help their customer with a product that they allowed to be sold

They stole my money multiple times! I had a refund for 70 dollars from Amazon it never showed up. They said I used it I looked back on my transactions I never used it! I cut it as a loss, what do you know the next refund for 80 dollars from Walmart for god sake! They said it’s never been posted but when I spoke with someone over text on the phone they said it should of been posted and that I needed to call customer service so I called the woman can’t barely speak English tells me that it’s not posted so I have one customer service representative telling me that it should be on there and the other said it’s not so I’m out of 80 dollars on top of the 70 I barely get by as it is I can’t afford for them to keep taking my money don’t use them they are a scam

So now they charge $6,99 for a pick up order??? I never seen this before, but I’m also not sure if I ever ordered less than $35 but it seems nonsense to me!
I have being trying to by water and because they are out of stock in the Blytheville-AR store I was trying to order online hopping that they will have it by Sunday when I noticed that they charge that fee!!!
Things are already super expensive these days!!! Buying groceries has never been this challenging and on top of this you have to pay for a curbside pickup? Honestly things are getting wild in country! God have mercy on all of us!

I purchased a tv online and the price changed by $100 two days later. I haven’t even received the tv yet, but your company refuses to refund the price difference. It’s a very simple situation that Amazon customer service would fix, but Walmart’s response is just “tough luck”. The customer means nothing to Walmart anymore. I’m asking for a price change to be honored for an item i have not received, and Walmart acts like i am indignant and demanding something outlandish.
