      I went in there with strep throat to buy DayQuil. They told me I had to have my ID, I went all the way back to the car to get it. (I am 21 years old) and when I went back in they said I couldn’t get it and wouldn’t even look at my ID. They just clicked the X and said no. CVS had no problem checking my ID and selling it to me. When I called up there to ask why they said “oh there was a reason” and hung up on me, I called back, they hung up on me, I called back again and they hung up and won’t answer the phone now. I pay 120$ a year for Walmart +, FOR WHAT?!

      Issuing refunds that disappear from bank and never actually giving a refund. Every manager has a different reason and timeline. Never taken more than 24 hrs in the past. Poor customer service as well.

      I placed an order with Walmart using my EBT Sunday, January 12th and to be delivered to my home Monday, January 13th which was a LARGe amount of items I did not order belonging to a D. Law. I called 1-800- WALMART when it was here at 7:00am and the driver had already left I was told I would have my refund in 24-48 hours and did not. I called back everyday this week just to get an email saying that I would not receive it because of the picture confirming an order which was not mine. I am 3 years plant based vegan and a wheelchair user on a fixed income and I will not be receiving my refund for my food items nor my laundry detergent and flushable wipes all of which totaled $84.67.

      I paid for Walmart+ for the free delivery of groceries because we are disabled. I placed a delivery order that was accepted by their system and my payment was taken,but they didn't deliver the groceries. When I called after waiting a few hours past the delivery window, they said they didn't have an obligation to let me know and I could come pick up my order the next day. I had to wait go get my groceries, but they didn't have them when I got them. They lost my cart. I had to wait over an hour for them to get it together again. I got home and one item was missing plus they didn't refund the tip I had paid for it to be delivered. Two weeks later we placed a delivery order and an hour later we got a message that the order was cancelled and the hold on over $300 of our money would be released in 10 days!!! How can we wait that long on disability? I have cancelled Walmart+, but they won't refund that either.

      I was in Walmart at 9:54 in between H27 and need assistance and was not helped several members was also out of uniform. I will never come to this Walmart again

      I’d give them no stars if I could. So today I went to get a ink cartridge for my printer I bought the old one with me for reference I showed to the lady and she said ok and when to unlock the case to where they keep them I noticed it was more expensive one and it was XL but I didn’t think anything of it because it was the same brand I just thought whatever more ink I paid for it and brought it home and it didn’t fit. I immediately bought it back with in less then an hr with the receipt and before I even approached customer service the lady looked at me and said “Oh we can’t take it back” so I said you mean to tell me I’m out of 55$ because your employee sold me the wrong thing ?! She looked very annoyed and rudely said call the number on the back of the cartridge and see if they will give you your money back!! Absolutely lazy and unprofessional I asked to speak to the manager but she refused and they looked at me like how dare I ask for my money back with the receipt in my hand because they sold me the wrong product!

      FILLED MY WINDSHIELD FLUID WITH WATER - been coming here for a few times for an oil change with no issues. This last one I discovered they filled my windshield wiper fluid with water. How do I know? It kept freezing and liquid was crystal clear. Also confirmed it was water by a mechanic. Now I’m afraid they ruined my windshield washer reservoir container because the water expanded while frozen. Never coming back.

      DO NOT BUY WAL-MART GIFT CARDS: THEY ARE A SCAM
      My daughter's $100 Wal-Mart gift card had the number stolen before she could even open the Christmas card it was in. She had not even scratched off the gray security film from the card until she went to use it at the register when she was checking out in Wal-Mart.
      The card was empty when she went to use it because someone in Oregon used her card's information to order themselves a fireplace accessory online; then they had it delivered to themselves. The customer service department looked all this up and told her.
      I called Wal-Mart's gift card department today to report fraud. They told me that since the card had already been emptied, and the merchandise had already been delivered, there was nothing they could do.
      Yes there is; you can give me another ** gift card with the money I paid you for on it.
      They told me to get anything back now, I need to call my local police department and report a theft. And they want me to ask a detective to fill out some law enforcement forms on their website. I didn't come in and give Wal-Mart $100 of my hard-earned money in order to have to help them fix a broken part of their company.
      It is YOUR FAULT THE MONEY WAS STOLEN WAL-MART; NOT MINE. I did nothing to invite the theft. If I was careless then maybe you have a case, but we weren't. There was nothing on our
      end at all that resulted in this theft. There are apparently all sorts of problems on YOUR END that resulted in this theft. You need to pursue the thieves and resolve the situation that YOU CREATED, not me. It is not my job to pursue criminal cases for you, nor gather evidence for them.
      I will cooperate in order to help catch people after you give me my refund.
      I will not jump through hoops for a lazy, unscrupulous company with a compromised gift card problem. None of this risk was shared with me when I was paying for these cards.
      Who gas-lights customer into thinking that it's their responsibility to solve corporate theft?

      Somehow, unknowingly to me, Walmart made me a "Member." If they try and charge me any fees, I will dispute them. The approaches that businesses are using with these types of processes are unethical, and they should be fined. This is disgusting, and I resent it.
