      Walmart put a hold on bank funds for online/pickup order. An error message appeared and I attempted to resubmit the order. The message repeated and I left the app and returned and attempted to make the order again. Walmart still did not fill the order and had over $500 in funds placed on hold. When I contacted their call center they said I needed to contact my bank (which would not be open until a day and 1/2 later. When I persisted in getting Walmart to address their error, they sent my case to "billing" and said to wait for an email from them. Over the weekend I contacted Walmart 2 more times. They gave me different answers, with the last being it would take up to 48 hours, but I should still contact my bank. The bank said that they could not release my funds until they got a fax from Walmart or until the hold expired at the end of the next day.
      This is very irresponsible of Walmart and a shame that they are not able to simply reverse a hold they was obviously a mistake instantly. It could have created great hardship (for example an physical injury or urgent need for medical intervention could not have been accessed due to inaccessibility of funds.

      The worst experience, they fraudulently used my credit card, gave me inaccurate and misinformation & one rep would say one thing to me and the other rep would tell something completely different, lies, dishonesty & unauthorized card use. BEWARE BEWARE

      My last two experiences with your company has been the absolute worst. My order placed on the 11th of this month was marked as "delayed" and never shipped. I was than told by customer service of Wal-Mart.com that I would receive on the 12th at 9 am (which turned out to be a lie).
      After contacting them, I was told again over the phone that I would receive my order by 8 pm on the 12th (which was another lie). This time after I contacted at 9 pm, I was told a "refund" would be issued for my order. Fast forward 3 days later and I can see a refund was never issued and Wal-Mart stole my money.
      I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt (that my money from the first order was stolen) and reorder the stuff my family needed because it was highly important we had these items and this was the last of my money in the account.
      I received a text saying my order was delivered but no picture, I went outside to nothing, no order, not a single item. I contacted Wal-Mart again to let them know and get my order sent, they was able to see the driver never submitted a pic and somehow pick up and marked dropped off 2 mins after it smh.
      After he finished issuing a refund for my order on the 15th (currently today), I asked him to look at the refund issued on the 11th (because at this point I no longer trust Wal-Mart). Long and behold I was right, they never processed my refund, they just kept my money and the products. So long story short is I'm out all the money in my account until whenever they chose to honestly send me a refund.
      Also I have asked for a manager call back on the 12th and was told someone would contact me, that was another lie told smh. Do not trust Wal-Mart, they have inconvenienced me and my family greatly, this was orders for important items that I can no longer afford till I get a refund in 10 days, thank you so much Wal-Mart.
      There is also zero accountability with this company, they steal your money and when caught have no customer complaint line or email

      Signed up for Walmart+ This service includes delivery to your home. This is the third time that they have accepted my order and mislead the customers.
      Delivery was supposed to be at 9-10am. Received an email at 9:40 that my order was delayed. OK no problems, things happen. Then it was 12 noon and nothing, it is like they ghosted me. I entered chat and talked to nice agent that told me that my driver was Joshua and that the order would be here by 2pm. Now mind you, I was upset but I accepted this timeline. 2 o’clock came and went and still no order no emails, text, sent a kite nothing.
      I called this time Walmart CS and got another gentleman on the phone and he stated that he needed to check his system.
      Now here is the kicker he came back to the line and told me that the Driver declined my order and that they have been attempting to find another Driver.
      I then lost it. These stores like to play games, and there so impersonal these days. I’m quite sure that others ordered after me and were able to get there items delivered and what irks me is that they don’t call and say anything , just leave you in limbo, and seem to think that offering someone $10 is a even trade off. Heck, my time is more valuable than any $10 this store could offer me.
      Now I don’t have my order, they want to cancel, the day has gotten away from me but $10 is supposed to make me feel better

      45 days ago I bought a new tv Vizio 40" from Walmart.com and for the last 2 weeks the screen shows a black stripe in the center blocking about 25% of the screen. I decided to return it to the store and to ask for a replacement , but the manager told me that Walmart has only a 30 day return policy for tv's.
      I then contacted the manufacture Company and they said that they will keep my tv for about 3 months just to evaluate a possible solution.
      This is a bad policy and an unfair business practice.
      It's a brand new tv that was sold to me already damaged and now I have to deal with this headache. I don't have another tv. I called Walmart Customer Service and they refused to replace it.
      They offered me a discount, but it doesn't help. I feel betrayed!

      I ordered a BIRTHDAY CAKE from Walmart.com to be picked up at Walmart North on 10/14. Close to the time for pickup I checked the order to see the status and they hadn’t started it! Worried, I called the store for 45-50 mins.before someone decided to answer. Upon answering, I was informed the cake was not made! Didn’t offer an apology and told me I needed to contact Walmart.com for my $. He stated my daughter could come in and pick a cake from the case. The manager claimed to write my info down so when we get there we can get it free for the inconvenience. We get there and no one knows what we are talking about!! We had to buy a cake from the display and it’s HORRIBLE! Walmart.com said I can’t get refunded for 3-5 business days! THIS IS AFTER LAST WEEK THEY MADE A CAKE WRONG FOR MY HUSBAND! His cake had all sorts of girly decorations on it. We let that go but this was unacceptable as this was the 2nd time no one bothered to let us know the cake that was PREPAID was not going to be made! Very frustrating and embarrassing!!!

      Horrible they are fast to tale your money but now give it back when it is their error. on the 7th of oct i put in an order. that night when it should have been delivered i got a notification that it was delayed. here we are 7 days later and still no refund. i've called multiple times to 1800walmart and they just keep giving me the run around with telling me they are sending the issue to the billing department. nothing has been done. i have been a wal-mart plus member for like 3 years now and never had a problem like this.

      Bought an item and was sent incorrect item. Was "promised" that if I bought it again, I would receive the correct item. Nope. Once again it was incorrect. Walmart will not stand behind this obvious bait and switch. My only option is to drive once again to return an item I didn't buy twice now. And at the end of the day, I still don't have what I purchased.

      This Wal-Mart has the worst pickup/delivery I have ever experienced. Not only do they not deliver items they won't issue correct refunds on the said items. Half the time I have to call their refund line, which is outsourced, and they cannot understand what I'm saying and refund the wrong items or no items at all. My last order was missing 17 items. My deliver order before that was missing 12 items including a large bag of dog food. When trying to file a complaint with them they stated that I did not include the order number which I did via a .png file. I will be canceling my Wal-Mart+ and I will not be using this service any longer. I will be going to the local grocery store from this point forward. Do not use the Wal-Mart located at: 2623 W 7th St, Joplin, MO 64801

      I've order a scooter and have been given the runaround about the delivery was made, but we NEVER received the scooter. I keep getting no where, no telephone number, then you call the local number they tell you to call the "Super Center" (520), it starts with a menu, then you press the number 2 for local store, then 0 to speak with someone, it rings and rings, after @ 20rings it disconnects. HELP me obtain what i've ordered and paid for.
