      Jet Heat and Air is not as professional as I’d hope. They were petitioned through our home warranty to come serviced our AC Unit. The tech arrived to service our AC Unit on July 4 when the temperature was 100 degrees. The inside temperature registered at 91 degrees. The tech checked the unit upstairs and the condenser outside. He “diagnosed” the issues as a closed connector. He told me he “tapped on the connector” and it opened and said it was now working. He never checked nor put any Freon nor checked the compressor for anything being the problem. He said everything was working and give it time for the house to cool. The AC never cooled the house after running for 60 hours. I called AHS July 7th and related that the problem still exists. AHS dispatched The same tech who arrived on July 8th and proclaimed an electrical issue with the compressor was the problem. When asked how he missed this days earlier, he couldn’t give me an answer. Sparks are now existing with the power box that give power to both outside units. This has never happened before because of past maintenance in all the years we lived here. We have records of annual AC maintenance service. Also, A broken green ground wire is now lying on the ground near the condenser that wasn’t there July 4th but was now visible July 8, and the tech said it was there before hand. That is untrue because our lawn service guy had cleared all debris on July 4th. Jet Heat and Air has sabotaged our unit/power box and put our home at risk of an electrical fire.
