      Should be a NO star rating
      Failures to pickup trash. Failures to answer emails, number phone calls ana no answers and letters written to stop them after all these complaints from me and trying to discontinue with this company. After weeks the can was picked up after I talked to employee on a route, I stopped him and told him needed there can pickup at my residence
      Now when I call them talk to either a recording trying to sell me a alert device OR a person that doesn’t speak clear English, who insist I give them a credit card number before they can process my claim. I had to .call bank and stop payment on the auto-debit/ now they continue to bill me by mail
      Wish I had never heard of CARDS.

      They are continually days behind on trash pickup. Their customer service is not knowledgeable. Managers are never available and will not contact you. They offer no credit for missed service or no service.

      THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND HAVE NOT PICK UP THE TRASH FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS, I CALL/EMAIL THEM ALMOST EVERY DAY AND NOTHING, I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH ALLL OF THE TRASH IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK TO MOVE TO ANOTHER TRASH COMPANY ASAP!!!

      They dont come get our trash but once since we paid it they keep telling us their coming and still dont make it out in the time they said

      They decided to take money out of my account without notice. Double charged in May for an "accounting adjustment" for advanced billing. I have since requested my service be canceled and they want me to pay an equipment pick up fee of $75 for a dumpster they never personally dropped off. This company is a sham, and is making unauthorized transactions.

      Do NOT use cards or cards recycling service, They never pick up!
      I've been waiting for two weeks and the accounting practices are horrible. They will not allow me to cancel and state I have to wait until the quarter is up, They do not refund and state its on the website ( its not). No refund policy is anywhere. They want to charge 25.00 to pick up your can.
      They are violating sound accounts practices. ACH you account a month prior to the next quarter and then won't allow you to cancel. WORST COMPANY EVER

      I have a 12 month contract and my trash is 24 hours late for pickup. This is a reoccurring problem. If it is not picked up by morning I will contact my lawyer and sue for breach of contract

      Cards is now asking customers to pay up front for services not yet rendered. This is like asking my employer to pay me in advance for time not worked. I refuse to pay a bill for service I have not yet received.

      CARDS is unreliable in their pick up (rarely pick up trash on set day, often not even for 2 weeks) and they are overzealous in their billing. After their pick up inconsistency, they charged our account for the next 3 months. Must be nice to be paid for the next month and not perform in an acceptable manner. They do not answer their phone. Terrible customer service.

      CARDS acquired our local business, and with the acquisition went the good service, their handling of our payments and auto pay messed up countless times, they changed our billing cycle as well, then threaten with late fees when their auto pay messed up
