      Charged my card for 3 month in advance will not refund but yet still refuses to pick up my trash. They will also not answer the phone.

      ZERO STARS for this business, no notifications of billing changes, jump from one month payment to three month payment, we had no notice of this in the mail of changes and have told them we do not do internet (e mails), found out by getting in the bank activity on our account, called them and was told they do not do refunds, bad business all around. DO NOT recommend this service to anyone.

      STAY AWAY FROM CARDS! They do not answer their phones and you can't even leave a message. Tried for many days and no answer or even voicemail. They raised my rates without telling me for NO REASON to 35 a month for one person with 2 bags of trash per week. When I called to cancel due to this they told me to pay for another month!! I told them NO. I"M CANCELING NOW and am PAID UP IN FULL! Then they told me they charge 25 bucks to come and pick up the cart!!!! I SAID NO WAY!! The cart has been sitting in my yard for 3 MONTHS and I have to mow and weed eat around it. SICK OF THIS! Also, all around my town there are Cards trash carts over flowing with trash that has not been picked up in a month!!

      Zero stars should be an option. There are plenty of complaints about their lack of picking up trash in a timely manner, which has absolutely also been my experience as well. What I would like to add is DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR AUTO-DEBIT. I'm typically a fan of auto-debit, it's one last thing I don't need to worry about. However, I had decided to cancel service after waiting 3 weeks for trash to be picked up. I get a notice that my service for July-Aug-Sept is due July 1. I call to cancel service less than 2 hours after receiving my invoice and find out auto-debit payments hit the minute the invoice is sent and there are no refunds, so I've paid them through September. All supervisors were "busy helping other customer service members and checking their email." When I said, "I'll wait" I was sent to a voicemail. Fortunately for me, I was able to call the bank and stop pay on the auto-debit.

      Doesn't even deserve a 1 star ! When you call for issues there is no answer. Never pick up on time . Almost a month with no pickup . Im paid up for a year . At almost 70 years young picking up trash daily because they cant hold up their end of the deal is ridiculous!!!!

      If I could give negative stars I WOULD.
      I called CARDS 4 weeks in a row after our trash was missed at our business. I was told I would need to give them 24-48 hours to pick up (after we had been missed 2 days prior). There were times our business dumpster was absolutely overflowing with trash and we couldn't do anything about it. After switching trash companies I called to cancel our service with Cards. I was offered multiple discounts to keep my service with them. I explained that it was too late and I had already switched companies. They assured me that our large dumpster would be removed from our property at the end of the week. "It will be removed by Friday 6/7", is what they said. It is now Monday 6/10 and it hasn't been removed from our property. I called to request it be removed and the operator on the phone told me I would need to give them 24-48 hours to remove it. I explained that I called the week prior! She also told me that I would need to pay the removal fee and balance before they would remove it. I explained that I would pay the $25.00 removal fee UNTIL it was actually removed Our new trash company cannot get to our dumpster due to the old CARDS dumpster still being in the way.

      They did not pick up our trash last week, I emailed them and they responded stating they'd submit a work order to get a truck out. They did not come out until the next regularly scheduled pick up date so the week was skipped with no credit or any explanation offered.
      I've called twice to cancel since yesterday and both times nobody answers the phone. I have emailed as well, but no response yet. Based on others' reviews I fully expect that they are going to ignore me and just keep sending a bill.
      It was not our choice to start using them, they bought out our previous providers. If you have literally any other option - do not use this company.

      No stars. 2 times since they took over our old trash service my trash dumpster has not been picked up fir 3 weeks each time I called 45 minute hold they came the next week thus time sent e mail they had a rep call me got numerous excuses why wasn’t picked up 5 days later still have not picked up my trash I have contracted with another service but no replies from Cards on if they are going to empty my dumpster
