      I can’t rate them even one star … No trash pick up in over 2 weeks and No one Answers the phone …. CARDS, Ya’ll bit off more than you can chew, give up and sell

      CARDS bought out our small SW Missouri trash company in Jan. 2024. Service went downhill & became sporadic immediately with trash not being picked up for 2-3 wks. at a timce. Complaints have gone nowhere & many customers in our area are cancelling their service with CARDS & changing to different trash pickup companies.

      Cards purchased Phillips Trash Service in early 2024. Cards did not pick up my trash for 4 weeks. I contacted their customer service 3 separate times to ask for help. Each time I was told that a dispatch ticket was opened and escalated, but my trash was never picked up. I just called to cancel my service and ask for monthly service to be refunded and I was told by their customer service rep that no refunds could be issued. I asked to speak to a manager, but instead got transferred to a voice mail box. My phone call was never returned.
      Stay away from this company.

      Going on 3 weeks of no pick ups. There have also been missed appointments for alternative date pick ups when promised pick up in 24-48 hours. I called today to have service canceled, they have no refund policy. So they make you pay a quarterly rather than monthly then do not hold up to their end of the deal. When you cancel they do not send a confirmation or any correspondence for cancellation. I did insist to have at a minimum an email so if they were to charge my card for another quarterly payment I have something in writing. The customer service representative was able to do that.

      Absolutely AWFUL! Never pick up the trash! I requested to be refunded a month's charge of $30 since they only picked up 2 out of 6 weeks. Their response was " I do apologize that you were miss informed; we are unable to give anybody any refunds. We can offer to waive the fee for the removal of your bins to compensate."
      Too bad I used my own bins because they never delivered us bins..
      When I did get someone on the phone, they acted like it was funny. At this point I would say this company is just a fraud/scam. Not sure how a business like this is still operating.

      They did not pick our trash up for weeks. Did not bring us a bin and I have called for over a week and they always say a supervisor will call me and they don’t. We eventually had to pay money to take it ourselves.I canceled and they owe us money and don’t want to return it. The worst company and a scam

      They bought out our previous waste pick up service. No notification of this transaction was sent to us. Our first indication that there was a change was when we received a bill from them for the upcoming month of May 2024. We had no service agreement, nor contract, nor commitment to use Cards. We found out that they have a reputation of very poor customer relations. We attempted to call via telephone several times to remove our address from their schedule, but they would never answer their phone. Finally, we found their email address and wrote to them that we were not going to use their services. We arranged for trash pick up with a different company. They have emailed back that they can not cancel the service because "their internal billing is done on a quarterly basis" and we are wanting to cancel in the middle of the cycle. Interesting reply considering they send out a monthly bill. I highly recommend that no one use this company. Their business ethics are very low.

      Cards bought out our local service. Took our 3 month payment and then did not pickup our trash. We’ve called repeatedly and can’t get any help. Also refuses to refund our money. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

      It is really sad that Shorts Trash Service sold out to Cards Recycling.
      They have no idea how to run a business.
      I have had nothing but problems since they took over and I have canceled my service.
      We are lucky if our trash gets picked up and I doubt I get any of my money back.
      No Stars from me for this company.

      If it wasn't required I wouldn't even rate them with 1 star.
      Prior to CARDS purchasing our previous trash service company we had no issues. Since CARDS has taken over our service has been awful. We have 2 locations which both are very important for sanitation, both locations have dumpsters. We are autopay customers so they never wait for our payment however we have not received service for 4 1/2 weeks at one location. It was to the point, neighbors surrounding one business were calling to complain not only about their service but ours as well. After multiple calls we were always told we were on Priority Expedited pickup. We were to the point we were having to keep trash inside the facility due to the large dumpster overflowing, this is a major violation that was out of our control. With the severe storms & wind, we all are tired of picking up trash. Our community looks like a dump all due to CARDS not fulfilling their duties of paying customers. One location we actually were put in their system twice with double acct even though we only had 1 dumpster. The duplicate account was called & cancelled MUTIPLE times however we received a letter of collections dated May 20, 2024 after CARDS finally closed the account in their system during February 2024 after us bringing the mistake to their attention. Our attorney has been notified & if anything continues regarding this matter is ready to take action. Help is needed fighting for consumer rights against CARDS Recycling. Customers & businesses are being placed in major issue in regards to financial & sanitation situations.
