      This Company steals your money and doesn’t provide the service they are supposed to. They have taken 2 payments in May but have not picked up trash in 2 weeks. You can never reach anyone when you call the Office.

      I would give them a NEGATIVE 5 star rating if I could. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. CARDS bought out our old trash service company in SE Kansas and our service has been awful ever since. I never had any issues with our old company. CARDS does not answer at the phone number that is listed on their statement and there is no other contact information listed, so there is no way to speak to anyone at their company. I had to go online to get the phone number for their headquarters office. When I finally did get through to someone I was told that my trash would be picked up. I have called them and have been told the same thing every day for the last 5 days and I am still waiting for my trash to be picked up. It has been almost 3 weeks. They are making customers pay 3 months in advance and then do not provide the services that they are charging them for. There are so many complaints throughout the community, just read all the reviews. I am calling my credit card company to dispute charges for services that have not been provided. I suggest others who are dealing with this same problem call their bank or credit card company and do the same. No one should have to pay for services not provided. DO NOT use this company!

      Cards recycling bought out the company we were using. Raised our pick up fees.
      And now, we haven't had a trash pick up for three weeks. Got a different story every time I called, except for what is actually going on. And now I've heen calling to cancel service, but they won't return my calls( or answer when I do call)

      They keep sending me a bill for service I canceled. They stop picking up March 16. Now they want 60.00 from me plus to charge me25.00 to pick up a trash can that is still here. They have been the worst service ever. I am trying to file against them but BBB wouldn't let me.

      They are now doin to Pittsburg,Ks. what they have done to all the other towns they have moved into. It is now May 31st and my trash has not been picked up since May 14th. Call and get the same response. Canceled and asked for a refund for 2 weeks not picked up and June I already payed for. Was told they don't issue refunds even if they don't do the job. So they are robbing everyone in this area

      No way to cancel service without talking to someone.

      They bought out our previous waste pick up service and there was an immediate drop in quality of service. The garbage hasn't been picked up in 2-1/2 weeks. I will have to haul 3 weeks worth of garbage that has been sitting in Texas heat to the dump myself. This is not the 1st or second time this year that they have missed pick ups. If I could give them a negative review, I would. They are taking our money for NO service. I am canning them for smelly service.

      This company is a joke.. They keep changing the pickup date ..haven't picked up trash for over two weeks...When you call be prepared to stay on hold for at least 10 minutes or more, ..than they tell you that trash will be picked up on that day... I have called three times... no trash picked up yet....They need to be shut down and give out refunds..,

      They don’t pick up when they say. Then they call after they didn’t pick up—sometimes a full day or two later—to say they are changing your pickup day. Then they don’t show up for the new pickup day. So they send a text saying it is going to be by end of day next day and don’t pick up. Repeat forever. Doing the same at the husband’s job, all of my neighbors in my neighborhood, and most friends in the area. When you call to cancel, they refuse to refund the prepayment for the month of June taken out in May even though they haven’t picked up the trash in May. Terrible service and terrible customer service.
