    We were 6 hours into our 10 hours into our drive from Houston to Bentonville on Friday afternoon when our water pump went out just a few miles north of Doug's shop. With my family stranded, we just happened to find Doug's through a google search. He quickly towed our car into his shop. He stayed 2 hours after the shop closed to help get us on our way and when he learned he wouldn't be able to get a new part until Monday, he arranged for us to get a rental car from Mena Ford (and they delivered it to us at the shop) to continue our trip for my daughter's gymnastics meet. He said he'd have the part Monday morning and I was able to pick up my car exactly when he said it would be ready.
    Doug, Connor and Luke were gracious hosts while we were stranded and we quick to help us in every single way. They even shared their shrimp and crawfish dinner with us while we waited.
    If I ever break down in a new town in another state again, I hope and pray there is someone like Doug there to help.
    On top of all the help, the cost of all the work was well below what I expected it to be given the circumstances. He did NOT take the opportunity to try and gouge us at all. In fact, I almost feel like he undercharged us for the labor.
    All in all, these are good people and some of the most helpful and trustworthy folks I've ever encountered. Thank you, Doug and team!
