      Never shopping with them again. This is crazy. I wish I had read their reviews beforehand. My family was sick for over a month. I printed a return for 2 dresses within days of receiving it. I accidentally didn't send it out until past the return window. They returned the dresses to me and will not give me a refund. So upsetting. I shop from Saks, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus & Macy's all the time. Gave Dillard's a try and they are awful. They were never worn and this is CLEAR because there is an attached ribbon that wraps around and through the entire dress.

      I tried to purchase items from this company. Each time they canceled my order and blocked me. It's insane. I used to shop at this company so much back in the day. It's sad how much they've gone down hill. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone now.

      If I could leave less than one star, I would!
      I bought a jacket at the clearance center that was on the rack at 3999
      When it rang up at the register, the cashier immediately said this is the wrong price, I know who marked these and put them on the shelf (Her comment clearly acknowledged that an employee had marked them wrong, that it wasn’t just on the wrong shelf or someone switching tags!
      So I’m calling back all I’m asking for is a credit not asking for even cashback
      I’m expecting credit for the overage that I paid
      But I’m told by customer service that I have to go back to the exact store which is a three hour round trip
      Even if I did make that drive, I would spend more in time and gas for the $60. I paid too much.
      I guess the $3000 we spend per year well now go to a different brand and location maybe where we are respected a little more

      Dillards in Huntsville, AL, needs to make an example for the rest of the employees to follow, with Ashley A from lingeri. My sister n law was in need of some black pants for her daughter undergoing chemo. This young lady went out of her way to help. More employees need to be like her and she needs to be praised. In a situation like my sister n law is facing, this young lady made alll the difference, Thank you Ashley

      I purchased a pair of UGGs at Crestview Hills Kentucky store. I purchased them two weeks ago. I got them out of the box today and wore them about 10 minutes when the strap broke. So I boxed them up and took them back out to the store where I was told that because I had them on my feet, there was nothing they could do. I told him I just paid $150. I’ve only had them a few minutes and the strap broke just to please to return them. They refused. Told me to call UGGs, which I did. And since dillards is a third-party company… Then they told me that they cannot help me. So I asked the girl again to please consider since I did not even wear them no more than a few steps to please return them. That $150 was a lot of money , and I would really appreciate it since we’re customers of Dillards. She refused. Now I’m out of 150.00 and no shoes…

      I purchased an item from Dillard's online and the item was shipped from Arkansas. My item was delivered in an empty box, and it arrived 2 days after the expected delivery date. (Which I understand is on the carrier). I did open a mail tampering/ theft claim with USPIS FIRST and then contacted Dillard's customer service to let them know that I only received the packaging and the item itself was NOT in the box. I informed them that the box was tampered with AND sent evidence of my item not being in the box upon delivery. I ALSO informed them that my package was misdirected to the wrong post office and was sitting for 2 days before it went out for delivery. I had to contact the post office NUMEROUS times to question why my package was just siting. They agreed to open a claim and investigate the issue. They let me know that it would take 3-5 business days to investigate. I also opted to receive another item instead of a refund. However, LESS that 24 hours later my claim was denied citing "carrier stated package was delivered." The post office and USPIS is still investigating the issue so how was the issue properly Investigated by Dillard's if the POST OFFICE doesn't have an answer yet? No one cared to resolve my issue or properly looked into the mail theft claim. I am very disappointed in the 2 customer service representatives I spoke with who brushed my situation off as if I didn't matter. Even WITH evidence that I DID NOT receive the item I PAID FOR only the empty box, I was told to "dispute the charge with my bank."

      I recently went to dillard’s in Ashford Dunwoody and me and my father were looking around in the men’s department. The women that was working on duty violet was extremely rude. She brushed off me and father while at the check out and when I confronted her about her rude behavior she began to lash out and call me rude and I told her to call her manager she refused and I went to find the manger myself. She had a DISGUSTING attitude. She was willing to help everyone in the store but us. It was nasty and rude and almost wanted to think it was racist. She is to be reminded that customer service is part of her job.

      I thought bought medium width of a birkenstock since right under description says medium width right under the shoe. Sent narrow in description talks about foot bed being narrow which birekenstocks are. They sent me narrow width. As people who buy birkenstocks we know they come in two widths dilliards doesnt since sent me narrow I have to now pay for return shipping on their mistake. Wont buy from dilliards again

      I bought a designer mother of the groom dress at Park Meadows Dillards. With the deep discount on the dress, I should have known something was fishy but it appeared that the original tags were in tact. After alterations, it’s apparent the dress was worn and had been returned. Sequences were missing, seams were ripped in tight areas and I later noticed deodorant marks. I know I’m responsible for not checking out the garnet closer, but I also think Dillards should have been more forthcoming. I have now spent more for the Adrianna Pappel dress, repairs and dry cleaning than if I had bought the dress new. So disappointed!
