      Worst Customer Service. Needed an item very fast. Ordered it. They didn't offer any fast shipping. After two days the status was still Searching. I started to call them. First lady said she can't help me I have to wait. Second one took all my billing info and sent it to some department. Still noting. Third call tels me I have to wait. Then I'm getting a cancellation message on my phone. I'm calling them they say I have to wait my card didnt go through or they didn't know the real issue. And for everything that I'm asking they say we can't help you. I even asked for msome discount and they said no. Just lost my time. Better order from Macy's or Bloomingdale next time. If company want to fix it somehow here is my order number * * * * * * * * *

      My package got delivered to the wrong address and Dillard is refusing to do an investigation on the package. I called days before it was delivered to get the issue corrected. Dillard’s customer service told me they can correct the address, but I was lied to and nothing was done.now some theft has a free package

      Unless you are absolutely sure of your size and if you like what you see from only a picture, then do not order from Dillards. They have the shortest most stringent return policy I have ever come across. The countdown for their 30 day return policy starts from the date you placed the order. So you don't even get your items yet and you are out at least 7 days by the time you get the order. I returned my order within 45 days from date of order, not realizing that I only had 30 days, and my order was returned to me without a refund. I am out of over $300 for returning items that do not fit me, were returned in pristine condition, in season clothing and all tags on. Worn for only the two minutes it took me to try on. Called customer service and all they kept doing was reading me their inadequate return policy. Other stores are more than 30 days and they do not count the 7+ days it takes to receive the items. I have done much ordering from Dillards these past few years and I will no longer order from them because of their return policy. I learned an expensive lesson.

      My order was for $160.52 and I am seeking a FULL refund. I’ve been contacting Dillard’s customer service constantly via their website by email after contacting them by phone and still haven’t received any response besides the automated generated message. I placed an order with Dillard’s on 1/24/23 & My order was processed, was supposed to be delivered on 1/28/23 when I haven't received anything so I was told to reach back out in 72 hours via their customer service on Twitter after reaching out via email, Instagram, and still NOTHING, no resolution has been made since... The last response made was directing me to contact the shipping department who then suggests that I reach out to the merchant directly for better assistance, this was on 2/02/23. I will never shop with them ever again!

      I normally have high praises about Dillard's, however my last experience is definitely having me think of ever buying from here again. My wife's purse came separately from the shipping box, the post man had to hand it to me and said they didn't even properly package it correctly. There were marks and scratches on the purse. I called in to speak to someone and ended up getting a manager by the name Jasmine. I'll leave off her last name for professional courtesy. She said that Dillard's not responsible for any handling of the package and she REFUSED to offer any resolution... She told me I was out of luck and that unless I didnt receive the package there was nothing she could or anyone could do. I requested to either get a partial refund since it was the their quality of the product that's at questioned. I requested to have someone reach out to me, and no reply still and it has been over 3 weeks. So I guess this is how Dillard's treat their customers...

      Dillards ran a promotion for 4 months that gives the customer 20.00 off per month for 4 months for customers that sign up for the gas promotion. I have contacted Dillards 5 times with complaints that I have not been paid. The company keeps pointing the finger and refusing to pay me the 80 dollars that I am owed on my Dillarrds American Express card. Many other customers have been paid. I signed up in good faith, keep my account paid off and I expect to be paid my 80 dollars and will keep going up the chain of command until I am paid. Pay me my money!! THIS COMPANY HAS LIED TO ME AND CONTINUES TO TELL LIES. DISHONESTY WILL not be accepted. They are making American Express look bad as this is a Dillards American express card.

      I placed an order online and immediately pressed cancel and their website had a glitch. So I called them and the lady I spoke to said her manager would send in the request. 2 days later I received an email that my shipping was confirmed. There’s no way a shipping label was created right after I pressed the button. I believe the manager never submitted the request and now I have to return this order and they will charge me for that. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I do not trust this company and their motives.

      Purchased items off of a friend’s wedding registry- some items were not removed from the registry. When initially informing them of this, was told it would be fixed. When returned to purchase additional items, noted the previous items had still not been removed and mentioned it again, along with the additional items was purchasing. Again, was told it would be fixed. Next day, the items had still not been removed. When called the Fairview location about it again, the person said she was new and that did what she was told to do by entering the registry number and she didn’t know why they were still reflecting as remaining items but that she would reach out to the previous person in charge of registries and get back to me, which she never did. I contacted the Frisco location, where two items were purchased, and no one could help because they did not know anything about registries. They took my information and said they would have the manager call back. Received a call from them only to be told they would call me back because they couldn’t figure it out and kept referring to other items other than the ones I was specifying as having purchased. Contacted customer service and explained the situation, only to be told the person in charge of registries there was also not in. Customer service they showed the items as having been removed and couldn’t help me with them not reflecting that way on the website. Corporate office number does not work, cannot connect to even the operator nor leave a message. No email address to contact. Received a call back from Frisco location. Was able to remove items from registry but by that time 4 of the items I had purchased had already been purchased by others because they had reflected as still available, so now 2 items have over the requested amount purchased. Now have to return 4 items, within the return period and to a specific location, to see what/if can get instead. No apology nor response to request for contact by Corporate received.
