      This is the worst customer service you can get. So I get a notification from the state of California that I have an outstanding check that was not cashed. I reached out to this company. They have no clue what I was talking about and told me to call back when there were more people working. Called back the following Tuesday and the rep found the old account, verify my information told me that he will send me my funds. 3 weeks went by and I have not received a check. I called back, the next rep explained that there are no notes because he has to go into the old system to find my account. He verify my information again and told me my check should arrive in 7-10 business day. Nothing again for 2 weeks! I called back for the 4th time and the girl told
      Me there is nothing here, no notes, didn’t know what they did and that it takes 7-10 business days to process the request and another 7-10 business day to mail out the check. Ummm?! What?!?!! Called back 3 weeks later to see if a check was being mailed so response. Asked for a manger this time. Guess what? Told me she will follow up by Tuesday. The joke is on me again. She is out sick since she last worked and it’s been a week. Wow, the level of BS from this company. Not once was anyone apologetic and empathized with me. Then again another BS telling me that they have to wait for the cashiers department and it’s only by email communication. So, I have been contacting this horrible company since after Christmas and I never seen a check and I have to get it by may before they send the funds to the state. The level of service is 0. They are the worst. Management doesn’t care. Representative don’t know what they are doing or what’s going on. Don’t do business with them because they are very behind and messy with the accounting and record keeping.

      They are slow-walking my escrow balance refund. Three months since my original request in December have passed as the request progresses at a glacial pace.
      They have proven unable to pay property taxes in the month that they promise.
      People seem nice when you finally reach someone on the phone. But they seem unable to follow through on promises. Arvest purchased my mortgage from Pulte Mortgage. I would never do business with them again.

      Now they are taking the money that was sent and directed to be applied to "additional principle" and just tucking it into "suspense" which is just money they hold. This has been going on for 2 months now. IF you can reach a human being on the phone they say things like, "oh the computer did it, I will get that fixed". Which was the BS I got 2 weeks ago after being on hold for over 30 minutes. That was January's payment. Got the statement today and the "additional principle" I sent last month was simply added to their "suspense account". After 25 minutes on the phone today I was told it would be taken care of. Are there not laws to protect consumers against this obvious theft?

      My mortgage was sold to Arvest pretty quickly after I bought my home. My experience with Arvest hasn't been positive. Their reps don't seem to have a good understanding with anything. I've been very frustrated with the long hold times and unknowledgeable employees. If I could switch to another mortgage company I would.

      I cannot reach a human being. Now it won't let me get into my online account. I made my last payment online and it still hasn't been posted to my bank account!!! I am extremely angry!!!!

      In the past 3 months I have had a nightmare trying to deal with this company that I never wanted to deal with in the first place. When I refinanced thru my local bank my mortgage was immediately sold to arvest before the first payment was due.
      Customer service with arvest is non existent.
      I am still waiting on my statement for December 2022. Today is December 1 my payments due date. I have called multiple numbers many times over the past several days. "IF" you reach a human being they apparently are working from home and have no ability to even pull up your account.
      I did finally, at one point, reach a person who could pull up my account. I asked for a current statement to be sent to me.
      I got it via email... It was the past two statements that I have already sent payment for.
      I always pay on time and pay more than is due. SEND ME A STATEMENT so I can pay!

      I have been with Arvest for years and have always been satisfied with their customer service and them meeting or exceeding all of my banking needs. I just spoke with Jalisia today and she did an excellent job with customer service. She took time explaining things to me and made sure I was satisfied before I got off the phone. I couldn't have asked for more. We are an Arvest family. I would definitely recommend Arvest Bank to all of my family and friends. Sincerely, Mary.

      Arvest is taking its sweet time to return my escrow money after the mortgage was paid in full. My money, not theirs to float and bank. How many people do they play this game with?
      Arvest has managed to over collect almost enough to pay the property taxes in full for NEXT year and needs to return my money to me ASAP. As if the boatloads of interest they collected over the years isn't enough, they overcharge and bank reserves and then take their sweet time to return their customers' money to them Never been a minute late on a single payment to these clowns. Way to treat your customers Arvest. Greedy.

      Why is it that branch is unable to give me information on a foreign bank deposit?
      I realize there is a hold period to verify the check is good. But being told they are unable to tell me the actual amount that will be deposited after exchange rate, nor the deposit fee, or even how long it will be for the funds to clear.
      That’s absolutely ridiculous. Are you a bank or aren’t you?

      I am currently in London England, and put travel notes on my account so they would be cleared by Arvest. As soon as I arrived my card was immediately declined. Now I have been on hold for 45 minutes (usint international fees) attempting to resolve this as I am in a foreign country with zero access to my funds. This is not acceptable.
