      Great, one-day service! The technician identified the problem in very little time. Although he was not able to fix the problem, he did advise us on who to contact so the problem could be resolved. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

      Second time we have used Central One Service. Previous experience was excellent. This time we were scheduled for someone to come the next morning to look at our dryer. Tech arrived exactly when he said he would. Had problem diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes. Very professional and courteous. Cost was extremely reasonable.

      We got a technician out pretty quick because our upright freezer was on quick freeze all night and it looked like it might need replacing. First of all kudos that they were able to send someone out quickly. The technician was very professional, on time and came up with a quick diagnosis to our problem. the defrosting mechanism had gone out of whack. He replaced it, put in more freon and checked the status of the compressor which was good. So yes I was extremely pleased. Will call them again if needed.

      Chris was timely and very thorough. He was getting ready to replace the pump when he realized I had a bigger problem that would have taken $800 to $900 to repair. He stopped and said it would be more cost effective to get a new washer.

      Prompt response to a call for leaking washer. Came that afternoon and returned the next day with part and washer repaired. Friendly service and reasonable rates. Thank you for the great service.

      Matt the technician, quickly identified the problem with our washer and had it fixed in no time. The cost was very reasonable and overall a great experience. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
