    I ordered an orchid pot that I had my eye on from another site, but came across belle and June and they were offering what appeared to be the same pot for significantly cheaper. The pot arrived and it was counterfeit and did not match the listing photos. I went to their website to contact them and the “contact us” tab is not clickable, so it’s not possible to communicate to them. I disputed the charge with my bank and shortly after I received an email from the store asking for photos of the item and they requested it be sent back, and was submitting a call tag. After a few weeks of no pick up, I reached back out and she was so rude telling me she already sent me a label (which she did not) and then re sent a label. I explained I needed a pick up and could not print the label. She sent red ex to my house 3 times, each time fed ex said they didn’t have a label and would be reaching out to the merchant. After I told her this, she said I needed to go to the library to print the label. So I did that and had it shipped off the following weekend. Well now she received it broken in transit, and sent me another email saying I sent back a broken pot. You can not make this up. Insane business. I am very lucky my bank is dealing with this and am very concerned about my card and bank information being compromised by this fake store. Do not shop here. The price is too good to be true because it is. It’s fake.

    Hello,

     

    This customer filed a dispute that he was unhappy with his purchase without alerting us that he was unhappy or that he wished to return. 

    We reached out to him that we would gladly take this back for a refund. 

    We only asked that he send this back, so we can resell. We sent a label and scheduled a pick up with fedex. It arrived back to us in pieces.

     

    However, he has been refunded in full.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    You do not know how to do business. I told you I disputed the charge because your "contact us" button on your site was not clickable, therefore no way to contact you. The unprofessionalism you displayed is insane. Lastly, why are you blaming me for it arriving back to you broken. Clearly it was mishandled in transit.

    This complaint is to warn others from shopping with you. My bank has awarded me for the dispute, and this business is incredibly shady.
