    I have repeatedly had to request aligners being sent on time, they have sent to the wrong address, and I am now on the third iteration as the first two treatments were not sufficient to get to straight teeth. I religiously follow the Invisalign guidelines. They continue to try to get me to pay shipping fees for impression kits, and claim that the treatment has been effective even though my teeth are not straight and it has now been four years.

    Hi- We value your feedback. It is our customer's responsibility to update their mailing address & contact information with us and once you updated it to the correct one after you moved- we re-sent new aligners at no charge to you. We have explained that you have moved out of our original service area so we are doing what we can to provide you with on going excellent treatment- although we do not have to. The aligners work great when worn properly, full time & as directed. Over the last 3 years, our company has supplied multiple replacement aligners to you at no charge when you lost them on vacation or when your relative did not forward your mail to you. These delays are out of our company's control and may delay the progression of teeth moving. While many companies had to close during Covid shutdown, we did not & were able to continue treating you during this time without interruption.
    We have offered to supply your records to you if you would like to transfer to a local orthodontist to complete your treatment with a signed release should you choose to do so.
