    Came out to reglaze primary tub. Tape ripped paint off walls same day. I didn't notice until they left. I was gonna let it slide then noticed that there were drips from job. Reached out multiple times via email and they won't respond. Now it is cracking. Pretty disappointed with work and lack of response. We were doing this to sell our house and now instead of completing a project it just put more on my plate.

    They did respond today from a bad review I left them.  I've posted it below with my response.

    It started cracking and flaking yesterday as well.  I'm home all next week if you can provide me some times.  I find it ironic all my emails went through fine when I was trying to purchase this service, but not when I had an issue with the service (I sent at least 2 or 3 emails and to a variety of emails to get this resolved).  I also prefer email for documentation purposes for situations just like this.  I also noticed your lack of apology for the results of the job, inconvenience, and that the email was missed, regardless of the issue.   I will be happy to update the review if this gets resolved.

    They came back to fix and it was not satisfactory.  They came to look at again today and are supposed to return next week to fix it.

    We have spoken to Mr ******* and have corrected any issues. It is listed in our warranty that tape can pull paint on walls, that is not something we can prevent from happening. If we do not tape, there will be a bigger issue than paint being pulled. Mr ******* has been taken care of and everything has been corrected.

    Things have been corrected.  There is still a spot I am worried about and attached pics.  We have stopped using the tub.  I would like a copy of the warranty, as I cannot seem to locate it, in case something goes wrong once the tub is used.

    After one use after the latest "fix" it is cracking.  I think at this point we just want out money back.  They've been back 3 or 4 times and we are listing our house tomorrow.  New pic attached.  Will also be reaching out to them tomorrow during business hours.
