  This sham of a company is the absolute worst! We had one bathtub repaired on six different occasions, and it is still cracked and leaking into one of our bedrooms. The initial job was done in late 2022 with a six-year warranty. Numerous phone calls have been made to report this. The receptionist scheduled three different dates for the owner to come out to investigate. He never showed. I spoke to the receptionist each time no one showed up. The receptionist then claimed they were having work van troubles. What that had to do with the so-called owner coming out is beyond me. I called yet again and spoke to a male worker who stated that he was just a mechanic and had been working on one of the companys vans. He took my number down and said he would have someone give me a call. That was two weeks ago. Not only is their work shoddy, they are highly unprofessional and untrustworthy. My wife also made multiple calls and was told twice that someone would be out the next day at 5:30. That never happened. We are prepared to take the necessary legal action against this company, since they continue to ignore the warranty, with no regard for the damage already caused to the carpet in my home by their repeatedly faulty job performance. They absolutely do not deserve even the one-star rating I was required to give, not even close.

  ******** did a excellent job in a day. I had 2 cast iron tubs with major yellowing and rust and ******** made them new again and brought them back to life. ****** and his crew took care of my problem. Highly recommend.

  Technician was efficient and cleaned up after himself. Tub was repaired and refinished. Looks amazing.

  My tub was refinished in 2017 and luckily I purchased the warranty. The tub has had to be repaired or redone numerous times. This final time, the technician started working on it, sanding on my tub and then came and told me it wasn't under warranty. This is concerning because it was under warranty, and he should have had all that figured out before he started sanding my tub. I had to call in to their office myself and speak with ****** to get it figured out for the technician. Then when he left he forgot to put the drain catch back in, and it's nowhere to be found along with the night light, likely scooped up with his drop cloth. Also be prepared to clean and dust most of the house, and for sure the bathroom. when they leave.
