      I have accessed Waste Connections of Arizona online to cancel my service with them. There is no option online to cancel services, they have an online bot that automatically responses with to cancel services to call **************. I have been calling Waste Connections of Arizona for 2 weeks, beginning on November 14, 2022, and all I get is an automated system. I have left several messages requesting a call back and no one has returned my call. The whole week of Thanksgiving they would not answer or give an option to leave a message. I called this morning two different phone numbers: ************ & the 844 number. On my fourth call to them this morning/afternoon at 12:32 p.m. I was caller #**, I waited patiently 1 whole hour and at 1:32 I was #1 in queue and they answered and immediately hung up on me. Total frustration! I immediately called back and I was greeted with "the representative is not available at extension ####," leave a message. I left a message. I left one at 3:01 p.m. also. All I want is to cancel my service and they make it impossible to talk to someone, even if it was just for reaching out for assistance it's impossible. This company is not professional at all.

      I do see that this account was cancelled on December 1st 2022. I am sorry for the frustration in the call system that you experienced one year ago. We have dedicated people who handle all online inquires now since 2023. In the future if you need to get hold of ************* you can call ************ that is the main line.

      I recently moved to Arizona, and I have a lot of boxes and trash due to the moving process and the purchasing of new furniture, etc.... Therefore, I scheduled a bulk pickup at my resident. They required that I paid in advance. The fee was $85, which is ***** to say the least. They also required me to transfer the items to the sidewalk which is public property. They never asked of course, but I am a disabled veteran and moving the items was quite stramineous for me. However, I moved it all to the sidewalk and awaited the company to come and get my trash within the hours of 6am-6pm. They never showed up. The trash is still out on the public sidewalk, and I was given no reason or explanation as to why they never showed up. They have my money as of right now and will not call back. I quickly jumped on ****** to see if other customers have had an issue with them and to my shock it has happened quite often. To summarize, I paid for a service and did not hear anything in regard to why they didn't show up and they still have my money.

      As is Provided on the statement I provided as supporting documents I was Double Charged for service if you see the dates 9/1/2022 on the statement! I only have one Can so I should not have been charged twice for service! Also They Double charged me for the *************** surchage which is a mistake as well!! I contacted **************** over the phone ************ and again on 8-23-2022 & was told they will refund me $64.00 and have seen nothing yet! I would like to get my money back & also Stop the Auto Pay feature that is attached to my account! Please help me with this dilema!!! Thank You, **********************

      I do apologize for the inconvenience and billing error on our part. The $64.00 was refunded back to your card today , you should see that in about 3-5 business days to the card that was used. The auto pay has been taken off the account as well. Again, I do apologize that this was not handled in a timely matter.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
