    I hv a 16yr established pt who's Autistic & in need of meds for severe anxiety. The office has made errors in his ********** requested documentation from me which I hv personally provided resulting in my son not having treatment in almost a year. *** asked for supervisors, contacted his case manager to no avail. My 2nd child is my grandchild whom I hv temp loco parental custody of & whom I am currently in the process of seeking full custody. HHW has openly admitted to making two appointment mistakes that resulted in my missing work and my child missing school just to be turned away. Without this consultation, I can lose custody of my grandson and then I will be seeking legal advise. This is considered patient abandonment and both of my children are suffering due to the inconsistencies, unprofessionalism and incompetence's of care on behalf of HHW I have left messages on their complaint line, left messages for case manager or supervisor I have requested corporate information and none of this has resulted in any responses. I even have recorded audio of my conversations with their office which would make anyone with any kind of compassion or empathy feel discussed at their actions and unprofessionalism. Solution for me is 1. Call Crisis, 2. Go to a 24 clinic in a city more than an hour away w/no affiliation to HHW or take an appointment that is more than 2 months from today's date. This is completely unacceptable and they should be ashamed. On another note, when I arrived 10 min prior for my scheduled 4pm appt that they made a mistake on. Their provider when asked if she would please stay a little later to accommodate us stated, "I am not staying late for her" This was after I was advised that she had a 2pm cancellation that same day. This shows their staff mentality for patient care not to mention you will go to an adult facility to see a pediatric provider with other adult mental health patients in lobby because they will tell you, "they are short staffed"
