On 2-10-23 I took our 2020 Motorhome in for oil change and lube which should have included a 55 point inspection. Upon my inspection, I found that no grease zerks had been touched. I called and was told to bring it back in and they would make it right. I returned the motorhome for lube, but after I inspected again I found 7 grease zerks had been missed. I also found the tire pressure, battery water, and fluid levels wee not inspected. After calling the office the third time, I was told to bring the ** back in for the third time. However I chose to do it right, so I greased the motorhome myself, along with doing the tire pressure, batteries and fluids. I am very dissatisfied. This is not acceptable service. We wrote a letter to the owner and the service manager, but have not received a reply.

East Valley RV Specialists again apologizes for not greasing every zerk and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We did complete the 55 point safety inspection. The only issue found was to inflate your tires to the correct pressure. Everything else was good. I have responded to you regarding this issue numerous times. I am not sure what else you would like done regarding this complaint.
