    On 8-12-22 receipt #***** Amount $126.25 I paid for a alignment on my 2015 Mini ******. Car had new tires. Last month my rear tires wore out on inside tread. Please see picture. I inquired with Mid Valley owner ******. I asked why they didn't align the rear tires. ****** insisted that it was not adjustable for that car. I took car to have it looked at. The Bolts on rear clearly has a adjustment available. I took video. Video showed how turning the bolt moves the camber from Negative to Neutral and Positive camber. It was then set to Neutral camber and the rear tires were perfectly aligned. I had the video brought to ******. Tried to show ****** the video. He said Bullsh*t. Get out of my office.I'm asking for the BBB to assist me to get my money back for the alignment $126.25 and the cost of 2 tires $250. They caused me to lose 2 perfect tires within 4 months. They made a mistake and should pay damages.

    So, this vehicle was brought in for the alignment back in august 2022. Then they brought it back in December as well for something else, from august until February nothing was mentioned about any issues or concerns. A man, not *** came into our business the same day they filed the complaint with you ranting and raving, cursing, calling ** idiots,  he claimed the alignment that we performed back in august was not done properly and caused him to need new tires. There was no talking to him with the way he was aching so Yes, he was asked to leave due to his behavior. We have no idea who he was, and as I'm sure you understand the time frame from august until February is quite a while to wait and bring up a concern that they may have had about work done in august. About 6 months is a long time period who knows what could have happened to the vehicle by them during that time frame.
