    I was experiencing a few problems with my vehicle. Took it inclerk was very rude, when I talked, he wouldnt look at me or answer me! He did absolutely nothing on my car and charged me $137.82 ! This included $4.66 debit card fee, $2 for shop supplies and cleaners and $2 hazardous materials waste disposal. He didnt do anything to my fluids and I dont know what hazardous waste he is talking about! I had 9 issues to be addressed and he did nothing. His diagnosis was take it to the **** dealer! So what did I pay $138 for? Closest **** dealer is in ***** or *******. I used to go there when ***** the owner was there but has since passed and the shop has gone to hell! Never go back.

    No. Incorrect. please see notes directly off of her invoice that she has a copy of, she was in on 6/10 and is just now complaining and spreading slander on social media. She has never reached out to us with a complaint.

    yes we as a business absolutely charged a diagnostic fee due to the time we took to check her complaints, vehicle, look into her warranty and we then suggested her taking it to dealer so it was all covered.

    On 3/19/24 I took my truck in for a tune up, muffler, and a oil change. A fuel injection cleaning was done which they recommend and this resulted in a lifter making noise. I took it right back and they put more oil into it and put the peddle to the metal 6 times. After paying $1301 and driving 30 miles I now have a blown rod and they refuse to fix it. They say I was satisfied with their work which is a complete lie. I have had another mechanic testify there neglect is the results for my pick up malfunctioning.I will be filing a small claims and reporting to BAR.
