    I needed a new horse that I purchased hauled from ********* to NM. I had originally contacted United Hauling and I was informed that it would be weeks away before they could get to him and that they were very sorry. So I went and looked for my hauling options..... I got responses from 4 others, and 3 others never got back to me. 3 out of the 4 that did respond to me initially, ghosted me, and so only one company was left. I booked with them and their estimated date was about 2 weeks sooner than United's. Ok. ******************* was sketchy but that kinda goes with the territory.... 3 days out first delay. Then another and another and never and I mean never giving me an estimated day the horse would arrive at my facility. I had had it! Cancelled that booking and booked with United Hauling. Best decision ever. They did everything they said they would do! Exactly when they said they would do it! Wow! I was blown away! Something so simple but is not done by many these days. My horse arrived in great condition, and in the estimated time frame they gave me! Furthermore the drivers were friendly and knowledgeable! It took me 7 long weeks to get my new horse, and United Hauling made it finally happen. Thank you.

    I've shipped my horses on several occasions from ******* to *******, and back again, using United Hauling services. My horses are old and this is a big trip for them, and these haulers understand. They make sure the horses get off the trailer to rest and get their senior grain and water. Communication is always good and the driver has helped me out when my car broke down and I couldn't meet the horses as planned. I highly recommend United Hauling.
