On 8/24/24 my family and I test drove two vehicles to determine what might best fit our growing family. The employees were not willing to accept that we would not be purchasing a vehicle that day. They drug us into the office, claiming to tell us we would be able to trade in our current vehicle. Curious to know what the trade in value was, we did follow them. Rather than just examine the car, and offer us a trade in value they collected a ton of information from us. We repeatedly told them we would not be purchasing a car that day unless the trade in value was acceptable. They disregarded our requests to leave after multiple attempts. We finally just left when they exited the room again. We were followed out to our car, and pushed again to buy a car we had repeatedly stated we would not be buying that day. That experience was rough enough. Especially when we had three very tired children (including a newborn baby) which we told the employees again and again we needed to leave because the kids needed to go home. Our remarks were ignored. Now, MONTHS later, we are receiving mail that the employees ran our credit and applied for financial assistance on our behalf from ***********. This was done WITHOUT our permission.

Hello, I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in December 2022. I traded in a perfect Corvette on the vehicle from the dealership. The price paid after the trade was 9900$. I live our of state and was ***** anyway but was promised a safe vehicle with all working parts. I was assured by the service manager, owner, and Manager *****, that EVERYTHING was perfect on the vehicle, and took their word on their honesty. BIG MISTAKE. After the car was delivered to me, it took about a week for the door locks, trunk opening, and gas door opening to fail, I took it to my local mechanic and he thought it was the pneumatic pump failing in the trunk. I replaced it to the tune of 600$. Two days later it all failed again, so at this point took it to the local ******** dealership, since it was a ********. I paid 180$ for a diagnostic and they spent a couple hours inspecting the auto. The finding was that all but 2 of the pneumatic lines to all the components had *****. I asked the service advisor wa this something that just happens and he informed me that it was a problem with the auto from the past. He said you can change the fuse and it all will work for a couple days and then the problem will blow the fuse again because the pump will work too hard to make all things work. The repairs would be between 7 and 8 thousand dollars, as they have to basically take the car apart to replace all the failed lines. He thinks they changed the fuse to get the car to me so and for me to sign the paperwork. A very dishonest practice to sell a car. The salesperson ***************************, I understand has been fired because he sent me an email apologizing for this travesty. The management obviously did not want this person addressing the problem from the dealership and let him go. I have the e-mails. Please address this situation for me. Surely, there are lemon laws in ******** that protects the customer from this kind of business practices. I did go to the dealership website and leave a complaint but no one has even tried to reach out to me except *******.

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint against I-10 Premier Auto Sales Car Dealership for violation of the warranty of merchantability. On 11/04/2022, I purchased a 2018 ******* Elantra from the dealership for $19512.19.The dealership committed to providing me with a fully operational and safe vehicle. However, upon taking possession of the car, I discovered several issues that were not disclosed to me during the sale. Specifically, the locks on the car were faulty, the A/C system had electrical parts that needed to be replaced, and the tires were illegal. These issues were not disclosed to me at the time of purchase and was told there were no issues at all. These problems have caused me significant inconvenience, expense and put me in danger. The warranty of merchantability is a legal guarantee that goods will be fit for their ordinary purpose, and these issues clearly make the car unfit for its intended purpose. I have attempted to resolve this issue with the dealership, but have been met with resistance and lies, only fixing the locks and tires. I request that the Better Business Bureau investigates this matter and takes appropriate action against the dealership. I also request that the dealership be held responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of their failure to fix these issues.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Sincerely,***********************

Purchased vehicle from this business on 08/06/2021 with total mileage of *****, for the price of $22,510.Have consistently been reporting issues with the vehicle days after purchase, including conflicting car history reports in which odometer might be modified.Less than 500 miles after the car driven, noticed signicant oil leaks. Ended up with expensive repairs exceeding $3200, and an additional repair just recently due to an air intake issue.Total repair of $3759.98, for a car that we have driven less than ***************************************** review online, claiming I didn't purchase the vehicle from them.Business also doesn't seem to take accountability or respond.I will be asking for the business to pay for the repairs made in the full amount of $3759.98, and if not resolved timely will contact an attorney and take them to court for a full refund minus fair use of the vehicle purchased.Attached is letter to business sent on 08/18/2022 after vehicle finally successfully passed emission testing.
