  They very knowledgeable and quick, took care of everything from start to finish. Have an interesting online program that you can virtually watch what each room is using as far as energy.

  I purchased a **** kw system over a year ago from Elevation. My experience with Elevation has been mostly positive. I found in the last year, my system produced close to what Elevation estimated. I am pleased with the Curb and Enlighten apps. They keep me informed as to the health of my system. I have worked with Elevations engineers and installers and found them both to be courteous and professional. *****************************, my Energy Consultant, is hard working and a pleasure to work with. Installation went smoothly except for the rails on my staircase to the roof got scratched up and I had to touch them up. If I had it to do over again, I wouldnt change a thing.

  Overall good experience with elevation solar. Although, when they first installed them they left a huge part of the roof exposed with no tiles. As a result the whole side of the roof that the panels were in leaked through. When I went up to look I found trash(energy drinks, chip bags, etc.) left under the tiles. After months of going back and forth with the company they finally got around fixing the roof. With the panels being disconnected I did loose some energy and got charged through the local electric company. So overall a good experience but unfortunately never got reimbursed for the down time and inconvenience. Would recommend going solar especially if you live in a sunny state!

  Avoid this company. As soon as there a problem, you will be ghosted, left with an inoperable solar panel system, and a bill for $40,000+ without recourse.I placed an order in February 2022. Took until July '22 to get the panels and battery to be installed. All that was needed was 3 inspections. August, nothing, September, nothing, October, nothing. No response from Elevation or ******************* NVEnergy is similarly useless offering no other assistance other to "contact my solar panel provider".Was offered, by Elevation, a check for two months of billing by Sunlight as there is still no PTO, btw, there is no check either.Original sales person identified representing Vivant, a company I consider legitimate. Was told by sales that the solar panel division was sold off, but I considered ******'s reputation and went forward. I'm concerned there was an intentional misrepresentation on the part of the sales agent.NVEnergy has rejected my application 6 times with a vague explanation why. Elevation offered a little more insight, promised to get on it "immediately". Two weeks later, another rejection. No response from Elevation, Sunlight, or NVEnergy.Avoid Elevation. There is no after sale support. You got your panels and battery. No PTO, no service, "NOT OUR PROBLEM". And you get to pay $40,000+

  Purchased a **** kW system in December 2019 and the solar arrays were installed very well and the system has been generating exactly as forecasted in our original proposal. We have Hanwha panels with Enphase micro inverters and the system also came with a monitoring application that lets me see everything. I recommend Elevation, quality company.

  My wife and I talked to a salesman. We wanted more time to make a final decision before work is done and the salesman told us that we can get started on the paper work and cancel anytime before work gets started. What he failed to mention is that there is a cancellation fee if we dont sign the cancellation papers within the time window. $1,500 just to cancel!? If we were told of a cancellation fee, then at least me or my wife would have noted it. No work has been done to our house. My wife and I both feel we've been suckered out $1,500 just to cancel. Never will I ever open my door to a salesman.

  Wish we wouldve gone with a little bigger system but looking into a possible expansion now with Elevation. First time around we didnt catch the shading that was effecting our system so we ended up having to move an array of panels. The system is generating quite well now. The Curb monitoring app had to also be updated to 5G, but Elevation had someone out to fix and got it upgraded within a week.

  Panels are performing as expected. The original app to monitor the system was a little confusing and I found slightly inaccurate at times, but I really like the new version. Seems like the bugs are fixed. I would recommend Elevation Home Energy.
