At Amazing Global Travel, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. While our tours are handcrafted and involve non-refundable third-party arrangements, we offer the following flexible refund and exchange policy:
Deposits & Payments:
Deposits and full payments are generally -refundable due to supplier commitments.all deposits and payments could be refundable in the following cases, provided that official documentation is submitted:
Medical emergencies affecting the traveler or an immediate family member (must be supported by a physician’s certificate).
Civil unrest or war at the travel destination.
Government-issued travel bans or pandemic-related restrictions that prevent travel.
In such cases, clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund, or the option to reschedule the trip at no penalty, depending on supplier policies.
Destination-Specific Policies:
Each destination may have specific cancellation and refund conditions based on hotel, airline, or cruise line requirements. These will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation.
Date Changes / Rescheduling:
We allow date changes or itinerary adjustments with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability and any price differences.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical emergencies, and unforeseen events.
