      Sales person should have asked for measurements. Washer and dryer did not fit. I had to bring someone in to raise my laundry cabinets. The delivery and service people were amazing!!!

      Thank you for texting the time of arrival and name of the person who delivered and installed the washer and dryer. **** was professional and courteous and knew exactly how to handle the appliances, we are great full to SPENCERS **************************** Sales Rep **** in North Glendale for his help in choosing the right appliances for our needs.       We purchased a GE Profile refrigerator in Nobvember of 2021 for $1700. We also purchased an extended warranty. We had done a fair amount of business with Spencers in the past without any issues. Within the first six months one of the drawers broke and we called our sales person and told what had occurred. We assumed this was covered under warranty. The salesman promised he would look into getting a new drawer. Several months went by and we contacted him several times to see what the status was. Another drawer broke a couple of months later (also during the first year) and we notified him of this also. He gave us the phone number for GE parts and service and we called them four times staying on hold for long extended periods. We finally contacted a lady who promptly put us on hold for nearly 30 minutes and then the call was lost. We again called and told advised our salesperson that a 2nd drawer had broken. It wasnt until today that we were advised he was not successful in any resolution with GE and that the drawers were not covered under the warranty. No help was offered after that. Why we werent advised of all this in the first place thus helping us avoid all the phone calls and wasted time with Spencers as well as GE? Talk about disappointed with Spencers after all the business we had done with them! There is no other way to describe this ordeal other than terrible service. Note: during this same time we also purchased a new washer and dryer. We really felt like we were loyal customers and deserved much better service than we received. When we remodel our kitchen well strongly consider doing business elsewhere.

      I had a new cooktop installed on Saturday. The good work of ***** and ******* just blew me away. They came in prepared with all their tools and fittings to convert from gas to electric. They meticulously cleaned up the shavings from some cutting they needed to do. After disconnecting the old gas line, ***** even screwed a plug into the gas shutoff valve to ensure there would be no leaks. They even put back in the drawers below the cooktop that I had taken out ahead of time. A five star team!

      Communication was above and beyond for installation. They called, text, and emailed first thing in the morning for 2 hour window. Then updated with 15 minutes away. It was so nice to have those updates to get dogs put way and ready for installation. Gentlemen was professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. Very fast installation So happy, thank you
