      Purchased microwave, had miscommunication with *****- salesman- who said they had one in the warehouse and itd be delivered Tuesday. No call, no show. I had to call them to find out what was happening.***** the manager, made it right and got it here for me today, Friday.Although things happen, Spencers always seems to make sure the customer is happy.

      **** ***** was our sales person and he was super easy to work with as well as honest. ****** installed our new dishwasher and garbage disposal. He was prompt and professional. Overall this has been a terrific experience and when we remodel, we will be buying from Spencers again.

      We had the best experience at Spencer's TV & Appliances. We found exactly what we were looking for, and couldn't be more happy with our decision to go with **. The customer service was amazing. *** (aka-*** the man) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on all the products. Financing was easy and quick, and a delivery date was set for just a couple days out (due to the weekend) Delivery was on time and all the guys were very thorough. Shout out to ****** for his great customer service, and delivering at the beginning of my window, so I could keep my schedule. I would definitely recommend Spencer's TV and Appliances!!

      Needed a pedestal installed for a new washing machine which I bought elsewhere ******** No other appliance store including **********, would install it since the machine wasnt bought from them. Not only did Spencers do the install unless, but their price for the pedestal was $80 less than any other store.. Bought it at the store and it was delivered and installed the next day.

      ****** and **** went right to work and found the issue for the leaking hose, cracked gasket washers. They replaced the hose, checked the others and all is perfect now. Such excellent service.

      Our delivery went smoothly and the person delivering was polite, professional, very efficient and polite. He did a great job for us. Appreciate Spencers process and choice of employees! Great salesman and then delivery service. Both were exceptional!

      ****** at Spencers in the SanTan store was amazing to deal with. We knew what we wanted and he made a few suggestions and we couldnt be happier. We never expected delivery to be so quick and so easy. Thank you to E and **************** for doing an excellent job with delivery and set up. Our kitchen looks brand new! Would only buy appliances from ******* appliance.
