    This business is highly professional although it's run by a small family so the timing might lag a little bit their product is outstanding and they do communicate with you so I would give them five stars just for their efforts and for their professional service and items that they offer

    It's refreshing to finally be able to play my vhs movies. The units for sale on ****, not only don't have the remote control but worse yet-although they are advertised as "tested-works" I was able to only play 3 movies before it began eating my tapes.

    Porter Electronics is a family run business in which you can trust. The ******** **** and *** are directly involved in dealing with customers. If there are problems or questions ( as I had), they will respond in person and offer a solution. In my case it involved returning the item ( a used **** Handycam) with which I had a problem. *** contacted me and resolved that problem to my satisfaction. The shipping expenses were covered by them. Thank you for the service. I have now captured about 20 old family videos on my computer ( mp4 files) and can display them from the high speed USB flash drive directly on my large screen **** TV. My descendants are also very happy with images of themselves which they were not aware of until now.Thanks again Porter brothers for helping me get this accomplished.**** ******** ****** *****
