      We purchased 11 windows, mostly southern facing, to replace the originals. While they look nice, they have increased the heat inside our home, not decreased it. On 06/01/25, it rained all day. 5 of the 11 windows let water in. I left a message on Monday, 06/02/25 with the company. On Tuesday, 06/03, they called to let me know my warranty has been voided because, although I clean the tracks monthly, I didn't take apart the windows and tracks and clean each piece individually. Now I have leaking windows, causing mold which isn't covered by my home warranty because it was caused by the windows. Nearly half of what they installed aren't even keeping the weather out and are now causing a much larger, harmful condition.

      I window salesman visited me on April 18, 2025. I told him I made the appointment with his company because I heard an advertisement on the radio that they had a special offer in April for either free installation or a free window upgrade. I agreed to purchase a sliding glass door and I applied for the financing offered, and was approved for that. A few days later I realized the salesman, ****, had not asked me which special offer I preferred - the free installation or the window upgrade. I called the office last week. I called the office for the first time about this around April 15. My call was not returned so I called again. I called about 5 or 6 times last week and spoke to several different people. I think 2 office worker ladies, and I played phone tag several times with ****. After the first few calls were not returned, I was leaving specific information about the nature of my call, to ask about the special offer this month that had not been included in my invoice. I called again yesterday (I was out of town for a few days), and spoke to another young lady, she told me that ******* ********* (a name of a manager I had been given by one of the phone agents I spoke with) was not the person I needed to talk to, that he was not the manager and she said she would leave a message about this with the actual manager. I still have not received a message, text or email from anyone there and it is obvious at this point they do not want to call me back, none of them. Their voicemail message says they want to improve their customers' experience. This customer is not having a very good experience so far!

      My name is ***** ******, and I am blessed to be the CEO of this amazing company. 

      Thank you for your complaint, because the lapses in communication in this project have given us many ways to internally improve our systems and processes. 

      However, This contract was cancelled first thing this morning. We had a total contract of price of 3500, for one patio door, which unfortunately did not qualify for our special, which was for four units or more. I understand the frustration fully in how that was or was not communicated to you, And I would never hold someone in a contract they do not feel comfortable with, which is why we immediately allowed her to cancel this project and voided the financing. Since we have not installed anything, and we are not under contract, I am unsure how else I can help. if there is any additional information I can provide, or an additional problem I can help solve, please do not hesitate to call me at **************.

      I paid a deposit for windows to be replaced in 2022. At that same time American Vision Window botched a job at another unit in my condo's. It took them over a year to somewhat fix the damage but the *** tagged them with being a 'un-approved' contractor for work in our community. Since that time American Vision Window has refused to give me a refund or even return emails, texts or calls. It's almost 2025 and I'm out over $3000 with no work completed. I'm working with an attorney but hope you might help get me a refund.
