    This company was dispatched by Fidelity Home Warranty to repair our washing machine on July 6, 2023. After inspection a technician named "****" who had no business card and left no paperwork was unable to diagnose a problem. The technician told us that if the same problem returned within 30 days we could call Fidelity and they would come out again at no additional cost. A week later we had Fidelity dispatch them again to check on the same problem. The same technician told us that the machine just needed a cleaning. A month later, Fidelity sent us a bill for the second visit and told us that AZ Major Appliance claimed the second visit was unrelated to the first visit. We tried contacting AZ Major Appliance several times and they never returned our calls. We were forced to pay Fidelity the additional service fee so they would not suspend our account. ********************** is an incompetent & disreputable company.
