      **** performed an inspection at a property I am selling. A few items needed attention after the inspection, one of them being that both ac units didn't pass the split differential test. I visited the house exactly one week after the inspection to find both of my thermostats set to 86 and left that way so I heated a ****sqf house for a week during the winter. The ** professional turned on both ac units waited 5 minutes and than checked the temps... they both passed and were within Factory specifications. I called the Company and left a message for **** (the owner). He called me back and said he doesn't have as good of tools as Ac tech but the tech used the same temp gun he used. I told him I was out two hours from work and $85 to ** company as well as the heat bill for a week. Did proceeded to tell me he did his job and won't reimburse me for anything resulting from his faulty results. Not a nice fellow and he does poor work that he doesn't stand behind.
