On January 28, 2019 The state of Arizona filed an Indictment against Lawrence Raymond Pargo. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of Arizona State law prohibiting fraudulent schemes and artifices, money laundering, illegal control of an enterprise, and theft. He was alleged to be involved in a mass marketing scheme offering individuals fraudulent opportunities to work from home.
