    Nov 23, 2021, a 60% deposit (check = $12,618) was paid for multiple shade structure projects with an estimated completion time of 16 weeks. Project was pushed forward MANY times, with poor communication. Footer for patio extension was dug on 9/19/22. On the *** website, it cites that his license was revoked 9/25/22. We were not made aware of this, and inspection was completed and concrete poured 10/7/22. After multiple attempts to figure out next steps in project, we realized that he no longer has a license and will not respond to calls, text, or email. He has fraudulently stolen our deposit and legally should not have performed the most recent work.

    Contract signed and $4574.80 deposit paid 0n 2/9/2021 for Desert Rays Construction to build a patio cover.Due to Covid supply issues, nothing happened in 2021. Communiation between myself and the contractor was ongoing during that time. In July 2022, we were ready to start the install, but contractor kept giving us excuses as to why he could not start the job. He now will not return phone calls e-mails or text messages. I have now found out his license has been revoked by ******. I have requested that my down payment be refunded, but contractor will not respond.
