    I had a total loss fire March 28th of this year. A trailer was delivered to my property on April 26, 2024. The trailer was delivered without a working furnace. I brought it to the attention of the company immediately.They company was informed there were many other damages to the trailer including but not limited to sliding door guide rail bent, furnace that didn't work, chipped sink, faulty electric fire place, soft spots in the floor, faulty waste tank sensors, damaged or not working stereo, damaged trim, damaged support blocks and more.They had me fix each situation as if I were a repair man but I lost all my tools in the fire. They wouldn't winterize the trailer even though I pleaded with them to do so and winterized my water line running to the trailer.They then sent straw bails they were just going to leave on my property. The person who delivered them stacked them under the trailer they seem like a fire hazard to me. They sent more winterization things but I have two jobs, kids, and have never winterized a trailer. The trailer still doesn't have heat and I have sick kids. It's been down to 49 degrees in the trailer. I have pictures to back this up. A furnace guy has been out to look at and said the mother board is not working. He said he is going to fix it but I would like my money back for the entire time the furnace hasn't been working.***** ******** (no relation) has taunted me by sending me coco, one electric blanket (knowing I have kids), a dehumidifier, and a red hot heating element for the water intake which is right above a bail of straw.I believe there renting practices are predatory. $4500 a month for a trailer that doesn't provide heat is absurd. My insurance agent ***** ***** was the one who set this rental up but my complaint is not against him. The company ******** has been helpful during this process but the ********** especially ***** ******** have made it really difficult to get anything corrected. Sincerely,*** ******** **********
