**** was fantastic! My water pump went out and he set up everything so I didn't have to worry. Got my car towed, set up a rental and even a lyft to Enterprise to pick it up. Of course it was an expensive repair but was done within a day. Very happy with the service!

1 starNEVER EVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR $$$$$ STOLEN!i had my car serviced at the Greulich's Automotive Store #1 in the Airpark area, Scottsdale, ** in December, 2023. They did services that added up to over $1500, then told me that for my "loose accelerator pedal" I had to come back next week because they needed to order the part. I took my car in (by appointment with them) and my car sat there the entire day - from 8am to 5:30PM. No part arrived, no service done. They told me to come back the following week because by then they said the part would arrive. They also told me that before I left, I had to pay $670.45 for the parts and labor that they'd do the following week. The following week I took my car in for the part and labor I HAD PAID FOR. Again, my car sat there all day 8am to 5:30pm. Still no part, no labor that I'd paid for, I was frustrated and not confident with my car at this Greulich's. I asked for my $ back. They brought in the District Manager, knowing I was upset. He did some 1st grade math and refunded me half my $, thus flushing half my $ down the drain. I further went to 2 mechanics and a Jeep dealership who all told me the part Greulich's said they ordered WAS DISCONTINUED IN 3/2023!! Not available!! Greulich's LIED! Also the 2 mechanics and Jeep dealership service center said there is NOTHING WRONG WITH MY ACCELERATOR PEDAL (that Greulich's charged me to fix and did not fix). Shady, dishonest company. Watch out! DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR TO GREULICH'S!!!!Review fromPam D

5 starsRich D.This was my 1st time visiting this shop. I was looking to get my first oil change on my injust purchased. I went online to find the best deals for oil change and Greulichs showed up right on top at this Carefree location. I called to let them know I saw their coupon and wanted to bring my car down. The service representative said he's not sure what coupon I'm seeing but to just take a screenshot and come in down and he'll check it out and honor it. Upon arriving I spoke with another person who said that ****** wasn't a valid coupon. I told them I had already called and one of your reps said it was OK. The advisor at the desk went to speak with his manager to let him know and they told me it wasn't a valid coupon but its no problem they would take care of me to honor the coupon! I thanked them for accepting it, and I received fast great service. I recommend this shop for your automotive needs! While I was there there was another customer who takes his car there regularly and told me they provide the best service he's ever had, and he said he always orders pizza all the time for all the workers and even gave me some. 5 starsFirst time customer with a ******** S560. Very impressed with staff (*****) and overall value. They communicated regularly and provided an easy to use text app to explain process and included pictures of recommended replacement parts and current used pads/rotors, etc. I would highly recommend this shop.Review fromDebra L
