  I heard a lot of horror stories about many of the big name solar companies, even in their own advertised reviews and had held off as a result. But two different relatives had used Sun Solar a smaller locally based company. They were both very positive so I contacted them and was impressed throughout their interview. They took total responsibility for their entire accountabilities. Their competitors left a lot of loopholes that explained many of the complaints they received. Sun Solar has met every promise they made. And I had a personal contact that called me regularly to keep me informed of what was happening and what would be happening each step going forward. They immediately dealt with any Roofing problems that came up going forward and they painted any surfaces that were impacted by the new electrical boxes required. And all at their expense. They personally reimbursed us for the first year of service since it could take a while to be fully operational. They didn't just book the equipment loan and then lose their commitment. I felt my total satisfaction was the only suitable outcome they would accept. They promised; explained how, and followed up on everything they had offered on their end. I couldn't have been better served. Thank you Sun Solar!

  From the Sales Rep ****** to the Manager ******** their customer service is horrible. Once they get their money there is no follow up or follow though.****** dont educated enough in solar or the contract which you sign. He makes promises and guarantee with no follow through or any follow up to make sure things are going correctly. ***** makes excuses for the employees, tells you one thing, never follows up or follows through.******** (manager ) covers for her employees without knowing what they have stated or promised. Likes to deny everything. Doesnt want to work with the customer to make them whole.The owner must be absent or this is how they trained their employees to run this business. No customer follow up, not keeping promises, and not making the customer whole.I highly recommend to NEVER use this company if you value customer service. For the money that one pays, one expects high standards.
