      My wife and I purchased a solar energy system from Sunsolar Solutions in October of 2021. Our sales consultant did an excellent job walking us through the process and communicating realistic expectations. It was about a month and a half from signing the contracts to turning on the power. The system worked beautifully until about June of 2022. Thats when our inverter failed and our system was no longer producing electricity. Sunsolar was quick to take action and remedy the situation. It took a couple of months for the warranty process, new inverter shipment and installation. However, Sunsolar calculated the energy we would have produced and gave us a check to cover lost productionwhich was several hundred dollars. With out a doubt this company cares about its customers and stands behind their promises. If youre in the market to go solar, I firmly believe there is no better company to work with than Sunsolar Solutions.

      I talked with 2 other solar companies before choosing Sun Solar, by far the best choice I made, the process may be long because if all the permits needed but **** from Sun Solar kept me in the loop the entire time.

      SUN ***** EMPLOYEES ARE VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING EVERYTHING ABOUT THE ***** PROGRAM AND CONSTANTLY CALLING US TO LET US KNOW HOW THE PAPERWORK AND THE DIFFERENT APPROVALS ARE PROSEEDING. WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.

      Sun solar made the solar experience beyond easy. They continuously communicated with me on project progress and answered any questions that arose during the process. The installation process was seamless, they did such a great job installing the panels and the installation crew kept me in the loop through the 2 day install. I highly recommend sun solar for their outstanding communication and customer service. Thank you sun solar.

      ***** from sun solar was amazing! The thing I love the most about this company is consistent communication on all updates. I very much also appreciated the transparency on the time line and what was expected. The work done by sun solar to my panels was impeccable and in a timely manner. Any question that I had was answered immediately. Overall I am extremely happy with having chosen sun solar for my panels.

      I did a lot of research and met with a few solar companies before choosing Sunsolar. The sales reps were great, very open and honest from the start and delivered on every promise they made since day 1, even paying referral bonuses quickly. Install process took us 3 months from signing to powering on the system which was expected, communication was excellent during that time and every question was answered same day or next day. I wanted to go with a company that does everything in house and these guys have delivered so far. Just powered on our system this week so I will monitor the system's efficiency vs their initial projections but for now definitely a 5/5 star experience for us.

      We have had no issues at all with our SunSolar Solutions install. Everything went smoothly. Once the install was finished and up and running it has produced power. Even on cloudy days!!! I would recommend them for your solar installation. And GREAT communication through the whole process.
