      Horrible service great salesmen though we had ********************************* and another salesmen stop buy provide a proposal. I was in the market for solar at the time and had a few other vendors send proposals as well. Went with Sunsolar because salesmen was good and also liked the method of installation used all the rest is similar or identical to other solar companies used. Ironed out all the details and signed a contract, solar was up and installed in no time. However inverter was backordered for months due to supply chain. I understood however loan was in place and I was already paying for system I couldn't use, played the game of you pay the loan we cut you a check. Inverter came in and was installed and I was on my way to saving money with my new system. Or so I thought system was finally online in Jan 2022 but has not been functioning correctly since installation. Inverter installed was defective so I have been paying my solar **** and full blown energy **** to APS every month. I reached out once mid-March because my APS **** seemed rather high customer service stated all was well, reached out again when my APS **** got to 350 a few months later in June. Only to have them confirm inverter was indeed bad, not producing energy or communicating back to them of the issue. System is supposed to alert them of any issue with system so we can be made aware and schedule repair, not the case here. They were only notified of this issue when I called the 2nd time, scheduled service got a replacement inverter installed however system I am told its working but will my app is still showing 0 power production. This issue was supposed to get fixed last week still not working but the biggest kicker is they are dragging their feet on reimbursement. I find it sad and pathetic that a company with the ability to analyze how much power and money you can save to make the sale can act so dumb with it takes them to analyze what they owe you in reimbursement. Mind you I am paying over $500 month
