    During July 2021, ***************** of EVOSPEC LLC received my vehicle to perform an engine build and tuning services. During January 2022, **** provided my vehicle back to me. However, the vehicle was no received in proper working condition. In April 2022, **** received my vehicle at his shop to fix the outstanding issues. As of the date of this complaint, I have yet to receive my vehicle from **** despite paying him over $38K to complete the work required. Over the past two years, *****************, owner of EVOSPEC LLC, has shown an extreme lack of desire to complete the engine building and tuning services I paid him to perform within a reasonable time frame. I also believe **** has also demonstrated a lack of candor in providing me with accurate details regarding the progress of the work being performed on my vehicle at his shop. **** has failed repeatedly to complete the services he entered into a contracts to complete within agreed upon deadlines. As of the date of this complaint, **** has yet to provide my vehicle in proper working condition, nor provide me with a clear deadline for when he plans to complete the services for my vehicle. **** routinely takes weeks or months to respond to my inquires about the status of my vehicle at his shop. I have also lost money in travel expenses related to receiving my vehicle from ****. I need **** to complete the work he agreed to perform or provide me with a refund for the money that I paid him.
