1 starI trusted MMI in helping me with debt consolidation, I struggle financially and wanted to do everything I could to take the ethical road to sustainable financing. Well I was given wrong information by *********************, last week. Then told by ****** that I needed to call back because what I wanted help on was a deffered credit account. Even giving her correct amount s. Today 12-13-23 I had the unfortunate experience to talk to ******** who thought was talking to a child and didn't think it was necessary to treat me with respect. I told him I wanted help from someone else so what he did was put me through the recording again. I got ****** again and I explained the same information that I had given to her the other day. She told me that in 3 minutes they were closing for the day. I asked her to write the proposal for creditor, she put me on hold over 5 minutes and conveniently the phone hangs up. Well well if that is just blatant lack of customer ********************** I don't know what is.

5 starsThank heavens to FHA for directing me to their home counseling servicer Money Management International and being counselled by *******************, a 25+ year MMI veteran. She is so knowledgeable, and I could never have figured out these solutions on my own!!! Kudos to *** and those like her who are so dedicated to helping. 5 starsMMI was extremely helpful in the process of becoming debt free. This is our 2nd time, they helped us several years ago and we were able to buy a home. All our questions were answered honestly and they explained the process and took their time with us - we never felt rushed. The consolidation of credit cards was worth the nominal monthly fee for the service cost us less than what the collective interest payments would have been. 5 starsBest decision I ever made. Although I have done this a couple times with them, the process is easy and takes all aspects of your financials into what your payment will be.
