      Terrible experience!!! After reaching an agreement with an agent and selecting the accounts to work on, it takes 1 month to start, collect the first payment and then send me messages to call them. When I call them, they tell me that I need to add more accounts and after talking for a while and commenting on what happened, the girl tells me that if I want I can cancel everything and not do the job, to finally hang up the phone and leave me talking. They are truly unprofessional and disrespectful.This is my number of client with them: 38037732-1 You can verify. Terrible service

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to XXXXXXXX concerns regarding XXX experience with MMI.

      During a counseling session we review every creditor account listed on a client’s credit bureau import file and determine which accounts will be included in their proposed Debt Management Plan (DMP). One of XXXXXXXX creditors requires that all eligible creditor accounts be included in a DMP unless there is an allowable reason to exclude them. XXXXXXX requested that we exclude certain debts from XXX plan, but these debts were not coded correctly in our system.

      During the enrollment process, MMI recognized that the debts were not coded properly and called XXXXXXX to explain the error. After speaking with a counselor, XXX chose to not go forward with XXX DMP.

      After a thorough review of XXX account, including listening to call recordings, a manager called XXXXXXX and left a message to apologize for both the error and the delay in activating XXX DMP. On average, the enrollment process takes 7 business days and no payments are collected until the enrollment process is complete.

      We sincerely apologize for the mistake made during the counseling session and the overall handling of XXX account. It is our hope that XXXXXXXX returns our call so we may apologize directly and offer XXX another session.

      I was at my wits end with debt and desperate to MMI was very instrumental in helping me achieve financial freedom from my debt.
