APS is price gauging all of us here in the state of Arizona and unless a petition gets out there to try and do something about this nothing will be done. I have solar and am still paying over $200 bills on a 1500 square foot home keeping the thermostat at 81 degrees, and this c*** about being on a 4pm-7pm plan is just ridiculous, this is when people are home from work and cooking and need to use more power, these so-called plans to save you money are Bull Crap!!!!Something needs to be done!!!!

I dont understand how a company that more or less has a monopoly on this area can be allowed. I didnt suddenly start getting paid more but I certainly am getting charged more. When you tell me that a single hour of energy use is the reason youre charging me 123 extra dollars but had I been on a different plan it wouldnt have happened, I am reading that youre choosing to add this charge and that it is not actually for the cost of energy used.APS is like every other company and when people get priced out, theyre just going to pass it on to the customers that still can pay. ********************** is hot garbage.

They price Guage there customers they just raised there rates AGAIN up 8% and lowered there price for solar buy back the electricity I've used in June 2024 was $82 and the buy back from solar was $87 so with that said with electricity use my bill should be negative -$5 but with all the taxes and fees they add I still ended up owing $91 and what makes it worse is we don't have a choice it's go through APS or don't have electricity there are no other options

In a world where reliable and efficient power supply is essential, customers place their trust in ********************** companies to deliver on their promises. However, my experience with Aps Power Company has been anything but satisfactory. Over the course of more than 2 dozen phone calls , I have encountered a culture of broken promises and a frustrating lack of follow-up. I first contacted APS in May 2023 after APS unilaterally removed me from budget billing. I contacted them. They accepted an acknowledged. It was their issue and supposedly made corrections. Time and time again, I found myself waiting for actions that never materialized. This cycle of broken promises not only eroded my trust but also left me feeling disillusioned and powerless. One of the most frustrating aspects of my experience with APs was their consistent failure to return my calls. Despite leaving multiple messages and voicemails, it seemed as though my pleas for assistance were falling on deaf ears. This lack of follow-up not only prolonged the resolution of issues but also left me in a state of uncertainty. I was left wondering if my concerns were being taken seriously or if I was simply being brushed aside.Apes broken promises and ignored calls were far-reaching. This was a routine matter that could have been resolved swiftly ended up lasting longer than necessary, disrupting my daily routines and causing inconvenience. Moreover, the financial burden of inflated bills, despite promises of reduced costs, added additional strain. It became clear that the lack of accountability and effective communication within the company was negatively impacting the lives of its customers. To this day, the issue remains unresolved

Arizona Public Service is the only utility I know that charges its customers for paperless payments. So they encourage you to go paperless so they can charge you a fee for saving them money.

It's a shame we have no choice in utility provider, as APS is the Enron of them. They are completely inadequate in all regards, and have zero consideration for the customers that put food on their tables, much less a humane bone in their corrupt organization. Especially customers that have ********** - these customers are the scum of the earth to APS. DO NOT trust APS at any costs with changing your plan either, as I (and most all APS-provided people in my circles) have jumped from plan to plan multiple times promised savings, of which none have saved us anything at all - in all cases, we have paid more on the "suggested" plan to "save more."BS company that needs to be purged from existence.

I tried to complain about APS on ****, ** throughBBB, because APS has been increasing the rates every year, and now APS wants to increases again by 10% or 11% on ****, but the only option fron BBB was write a review on APS website, why?, If BBB can't control APS who can?, first I paid 60 usd, next year 80 usd, next year 100 usd, now 120 usd, people under line of poverty as me, can't afford it, make an study, statistics will give the reason, stop this madness from APS, no more increase forever, they have solar too, where all that energy goes. Why BBB can't help?

Price gouging seems to be the ****** with this company. Their Electric Rates of usage are extremely high and will put you in the poor house. i have a small home and there is no way my bill should be that high. I found out APS is the only supplier you can have for Electric in this Part of Arizona ********* and believe me they let you know it. When my mother passed they told me I would have to pay her Bill and transfer her balance which was in excess of the $1300.00 or they would not allow me to open my own account. I would recommend a full investigation of this Company as soon as possible. It is needed desperately.
