      My husband and I have received a loan from Cash 1 and have paid an enormous amount of money to them and tried to settle which they denied. My husband has asked more than 5 times with me as a witness to remove his card and the staff at Cash 1 on 5st Ave and Northern continue to run his card. Now I have asked them to remove my card and they were not running my card and I have called to make payments. A couple days ago I went into a different location and requested with my husband's authorization to take his card off of file. Cash 1 at 9 pm on 8-18-2023 ran both of our cards, even though we have revoked their permission to do so. **** and ******* are very unprofessional and continue to use you card without you permission after multiple times of telling the company Cash 1 they can't. They are unethical and unprofessional. They need to be shutdown permanently and fired. ******* even told me once when I was 6 months pregnant that she can say whatever she wants to me and Cash 1 will never fire her. I spoke with **** and she pretended to care, but **** is very greedy and is ok with employees disrespecting pregnant women and stealing from my husband and I even though we have four children that we raise. Beware of Cash 1 especially ****!!

      This company has repeatedly charged my bank account excessive amounts regarding a loan that was paid off. They will not provide details of how much is supposedly owed nor will they communicate with me to resolve the issue.

      I put in for a loan on line I received a call telling me my loan was approved they need my bank account number and router number . They told me the **** $ would be in the bank in 2 hrs they called me from8006818003 then after they cleared my bank account had the nerve call me back said the money would be in my account in the morning when I said something to them about taking my money they man got very ugly and hung up the phone

      It appears that ****************** complaint has been assigned to the wrong company. CASH 1 is a legitimate and fully licensed lender in the state of ******. We would never operate as described in the complaint. We have no record of **************** in our loan management system, despite searching by name, phone number, and email address. Furthermore, the phone number listed in the complaint does not belong to us. A ****** search of this number returns motorcycle apparel, among other listings.  We wish **************** the best of luck in resolving this matter with the appropriate lender.

      I took out a loan with this company. $400 was deposited in my account (I don't remember if it was March, April. or May). I have made the following payments: 5/1 - $200; 5/15 - $100; 5/30 - $80.55; 6/12 - $80.55; 6/12 - $272.46 and 7/10 - $57.03. I have been asked for them to close my account and give me a balance since June 11, 2023. I actually got someone to reply on June 11, 2023 saying the balance on the account was $272.46 to close the account so I paid that amount. However, they keep drafting my account and I have asked several times since then for the account to close and no one will contact me regarding this. I have also asked for a printout of all disbursements and receipts. No one will answer me. I have emailed NUMEROUS TIMES and no one will contact me back.

      I applied for a $100 loan through CASH 1 Loans online and never got a follow up email. I got an email from NV that said something went wrong with the loan application so I assumed I didnt get approved. A month later, $100 gets deposited into my bank account and then a email from LA says I took out a $100 loan with CASH 1. By that time I didnt need the $100 but I was gonna pay it back on my next payday. The first payment was $108 and some change. I thought that paid off atleast half but $100 of my payment went into a wellness account which is a savings account. The $8 and change went to the actual loan and apparently was just going to interest. The app CASH 1 has never works, *** tried talking to someone to resolve my issue with the app but nothing ever works. I called last month about paying the loan off and the lady said I owed $158. I didnt have the money at the time so the next payment came out of $108. I called today to pay my loan off and the loan is now $161. 52. At first they said I would pay $261.52 and $100 of that would go to my wellness account and I was like ok because I was gonna cash it out anyways and get the $400 in a week. The lady then said I only had to pay $161.52 today since I was paying the loan off. At first they were having issues with me paying the loan off. So they sent me a document to sign to change the due date of the loan so I could ***** it off today. They were still having issues, thwy said it wasnt letting me pay it with my debit card so they tried my bank account and they said it wasnt taking that payment either. The lady said they were sending a ticket in and the issue would get resolved today. She said she would call me back but its been an hour and not phone call. She said she would call me from ************, but every time Ive called that number no one ever answers after the automated system. I just want to pay this loan off, get the money I was paying into my wellness account and be done with CASH 1 Loans.

      Date: 3/01/23 for $400 4 payments of $134.40 have been paid as of 7/3/23 Transaction #******* I have sent multiple emails with no response. Called numerous times and only reached a call center once where I was told "a manager will call me back" (they haven't) and a "ticket would be opened to fix my app" (it hasn't). I have no access to see any account information. I was also informed I could use the wealth account to pay off loan once said account was over loan amount. Yet, in order to do so, I would need to send full loan amount to pay it off and then they would return funds from wealth account "no prepayment penalty". But no idea how long before I'd receive said funds from wealth account AND no idea if said wealth account would be over loan amount once I made 4th payment; as if it's a big mystery.I was initially informed repayment was through June yet now I'm informed this contract is 24 or more months. Who, in their right mind, would agree on $134.40 payment for 24 months for a $400 loan? I surely did not know. Full disclosure was hidden in fine print long after the fact of what I was initially informed.

      Someone was fraudulently applying for loans with my contact information. I was repeatedly spammed with text messages and phone calls despite opting out and informing the company I was not signing up for any services. When I brought it up again to HQ, I was told they couldn't help because I lived in another state and wasn't in their database. I continue to receive spam messages!

      This company sent me an offer in the mail. I looked the business up online and they asked for my bank account info. I contacted them because I was not comfortable sharing it and they said they would look up my offer letter. The person on the phone proceed to run a crdit check without my approval or even tell me that she was going to do so. After she checked informed her that I did not give her permission and she said just my me starting the application online that was permission. I told her that was not true and illegal. She then said that she never ran it which was a lie. She went back and forth with me denying that she had checked it after she admitted that she did. I called to speak with someone after this and they hung up on me.

      I had taken out a car registration loan I had renewed it and have been making payments for quite some time my payments are $247 and change every two weeks I called and asked for a copy or accounting of how my payments have been being applied as the balance does not seem to be going any lower I have been making payments for several months if not more than a year I was told they would email over showing how the payments were applied I never received it I called a day later to inform them that I did not receive the email and was told that I receive an email showing the payment apply to my account and my balance but it does not show how it was applied and I find out that payments totaling close to $500 a month they are only applying $22 towards the actual principal per the person I spoke to he kept talking in circles and was not willing to send me the information I requested I have no idea as to the total that I've actually paid toward this known that seems never ending as I explained to the person I spoke to some of the emails were accidentally deleted and I'm not getting the important information on the emails that they do send

      cash 1 loans has my email and has made no attempts to contact me or resolve this situation. I have had many phone conversations with them but am not going to provide my phone number to them as I do not wish to receive countless collection call. Perhaps if they would provide the phone number used to initiate the loan a result could be approached

      Today is the 30th of July. My last correspondence with CASH 1 was on the 16th. This was supposed to take 10 days to complete. They want my phone number. I am not giving them my phone number because I know that if they find against me they will call and harass me daily. I asked for a number and time to call and received no response. If I made a loan from them, why don't they already have my number?
