I had a appointment Friday. I have four special needs children and school happened to be out this past Friday for good Friday. So upon arrival I asked if my kids were okay to be with me as they were in the car so I could check in first. The front desk told me yes. After bringing my children in the MA who called me to the back decided to tell me all of my children can't come back, it's policy for only two children. I ended sitting two of my older boys in the car while I went back in the room. I asked for corporate information because there is no sign nor anything regarding this "policy" stated. No one could give me corporates information. And I would like to speak with them regarding this policy because everyone doesn't have two children, or two parent households, or daycare for their children. This is something that needs attention for patients. Also my 11 year old was told by our insurance company that this facility can see her for gynecologist since she has issues internally. The woman who seen me told me that they can't see her because she is 11 however when mercy care qualify department contact the location ****** informed them otherwise and i was able to also schedule my child. The day of my appointment however I was informed differently. The lady who seen me told me that my child has to see her pcp for the issues. And ea explained we need a gynecologist to see for her issue as I stated our insurance already verified this information. So I'm unsure what's going on but someone in charge on the location I would like to contact or have contact me. Since I'm unable to know who corporate is
