      I have been taking my dog Spike to be groomed at PetSmart for over 11 years; today was a horrible experience with ********************** She called 2 hours after I dropped him off to come pick him up due him being stressed! Ive always gotten positive feed back about his behavior, she is the first time I booked ***** with ********************** and the last. She is not confident in her skills and is very tense. This profession is not for her! I shop at PetSmart, used their grooming services for years and also ***** has been a member of their vet services for years. This is at the PetSmart in **********, **. I will not shop or use their grooming service anymore and am strongly considering canceling his vet service just because its in PetSmart! I would leave a 0 star review if I could.

      This complaint is for the store location in ***********, ** on ********** in regard to their grooming services of diagnosing my cocker spaniel with extreme anxiety by digging in her kennel while waiting to get groomed or during drying time as I was told on a visit (which I believe is inhumane putting a wet dog in a steal base kennel until groomer can get to them) what dog wouldnt want to get out of their kennel.Anyway, the mere fact that I have to call to make an appt for because of the notes they put on her must be with a team lead/manager groomer, high anxiety, digs therefore will need express service, owner requests only lead groomer/manager to groomThis is very frustrating since my cocker has been with petsmart since she was a puppy and now 8 yrs old. I have asked for these notes to be removed since it hinders me from scheduling online appts at any petsmart store in *********** or out of ***********. I do not appreciate a non-medical to diagnose my dog with such behaviors.At this point, I find myself moving to your competitor (Petco) to meet the needs I need for grooming services. Which is unfortunate because my dog really likes to visit petsmart on our shopping days. I am at this point very dissatisfied with how this is being handled by management. Cocker Spaniel owner - ****

      Manager ***** of the store at ***************************************************************,was extremely rude today. Only one register (#2) was working and the line was to the middle of the store. Finally he came (I did not know at that time that he was a manager), and ask the next person in line to step down to register #1. The person who was third in line came to his register (***** did not say anything). I left the person in front of me at reg. #2 and approached *****'s register #1. He said "There is one line". I responded: "My turn would be next, I did not come from the end of the line". He started smirking and shaking his head, basically making it clear that "he knew that I was lying". I knew I was in the right, so I told him that instead of smirking and basically calling me a liar, they should have opened the other two registers, seeing that the line was across the store. He got very rude, defensive, **** and disrespectful. I am three times his age, I have two cats, I take my business to this store regularly, and I don't deserve to be treated like some ***. He started talking with other cashiers in Spanish and they were all smirking. It was absolutely clear that they were black mouthing me. That was an awful experience, leaving my over $100 there and being insulted like that. Is Petsmart this desperate to have managers like this? My niece is looking for a job and can't find one, and she is kind and respectful. So, do we really have to deal with managers like *****. It's a shame!

      So some how my auto ship got set up for every 9 months I got a email saying order placed called them immediately to cancel the order and was told they couldn't cancel it I asked if it was filled or shipped yet and was told NO But I still couldn't cancel it They r only about taking ur money If it wasn't filled or shipped they shld have canceled ut

      I must say that I love shopping at the Petsmart at Dakota Crossing in **************. I feel like a part of the PS family each time I shop which is at least 4 times a month. 6 cats and a Rottie. The staff is superb!!! ** the front store manager and ******** the manager are amazing. ***** the cashier is simply awesome greeting all customers with hello and welcome to Petsmart. They are all professional who not only give me great customer service but I have observed the excellent care they give to those customers who shop at PS each and every time I'm there. I truly feel like a PS family member and not a customer because of the ***** that they have shown me. PS is extremely lucky and blessed to have them as employees. Never let them GO and recognize them with promotions, pay increases and bonuses. I have shopped at PS since ****. ***********************************

      I have nothing to gain from lying. But this is exactly how the ************ Hospital nurse made me feel that was in the Petsmart. My dog got groomed here Feb 16 at the Petsmart and ever since had problems in **** areas constant licking, smelling, itching, discomfort. I had my dog for almost three years and after multiple grooming sessions he has never had a problem. The ************ Hospital nurse in OFallon had me repeating myself and told me my dog breed **** gland problem is normal. Again never experienced this and it started when I picked him up from getting groomed at Petsmart. Every counter she had to my complaint was it's normal and I had to repeat myself. All I cared about was helping my dog but now it feels personal after this encounter. She said the vet checked and nothing is wrong it's normal. Completely disregard that he has never had this is**** If it was normal, is it coincidence that is **** is irritated after after 3 years of having him the day I brought him back from this particular grooming session? I felt stereotyped, accused of lying or pursuing money and it was frustrating to explain that **** issues was not normal to the nurse who seemed to have an agenda to not place blame on the Petsmart groomer. I was not going to **** I still ended up paying about $10 for meds and getting the $100 visit for free according to her. This was the worst customer experience I've ever been through of any business. It would have been a better experience instead of hearing constantly that it's normal like I'm delusional.

      i placed an order for ********* delivery, which was JUST ADDED TO THE PETSMART WEBSITE. My delivery slot was 6-8 PM, but at 8:45 PM my order was still sitting at the store. I cancelled the order since I was told they couldn't refund the DOOR DASH FEE, I'D HAVE TO CANCEL THE ENTIRE ORDER, WHICH WAS DONE.I HAVEN'T BEEN REFUNDED THE DOOR DASH FEE, AND NOW THE 300+ PLUS REWARDS POINTS I HAD BEFORE PLACING THE PROBLEM ORDER HAVE BEEN WIPED OUT.PetsMart isn't offering chat on their website now, only email (a several day delay) or via a phone call that can't be documented.Apparently they advertised ********* services before it was operational? IT'S THE 2ND TIME INCORRECT INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBSITE HAS RESULTED IN HIGHER COST TO ME. THAT'S THE ONLY REASON I'M MAKING THIS COMMENT - OBVIOUSLY NOTHING HAS CHANGED RE THE ACCURACY THEY'RE PUTTING OUT TO THE PUBLIC.

      Very disappointed, they HACKED my Bichon poodle up bad very bad on 3/19/23 Took my dog to be groomed, came back checked on him the length and everything was fine, the groomer said she had just some finishing touches to do give her 10 minutes, when I cake back to get my puppy all I could do was cry.... my puppy is messed up so bad it can't be fixed, called spoke to the *************************** she told me I can get my mommy back but I can't book with her anymore... no consideration for how my puppy look.... it's a shame... my puppy was getting groomed for his 1st birthday ***** March 24th and it's a shame what she did... I'm so mad ... this is unacceptable and their response is the worse no compassion I wish I could post a pic

      My dog was groomed twice at this place, and then I booked one more time. However, when he arrived at there he started crying and saking. He loocked like was very scary. Then I decided not to leave there. I don't know what happened last time with him, but he was scary. My son saw another dog he had his nail cut off crying and the lady that was doing the job just didn't care about it. It seams that my dog had a bad experience last time he was grommed.

      Very disappointing experience with the doggy care camp We had booked our dog into the daycare and explained that our dog has separation anxiety and cant be left alone or he will chew his sides. He is good with other people and dogs but cant be isolated. We had this conversation with someone on the phone and the person who registered our dog at the store. We asked it if was possible for him to be put in a cone if he does start to chew but we were told no. We were assured that the staff were very good at distracting the dogs and keeping them busy if he does chew.At some point he was isolated so he completely chewed one of his sides to the point the skin was raw. He must have been isolated for an extended period of time because he has ever injured himself to this extent.We were given a $600 vet bill even tho it was the staffs neglect. If we had known he would have been isolated at any point we would have no booked him in. We were open and honest from the beginning on his needs and the daycare should have been open that there would be periods of time where they are crated individually.
